Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);

No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;

No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;

No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;

Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;

Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat

Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them

3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;

All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)

Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended

Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.

Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.

Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity

No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;

Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;

Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;

Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

We had an awesome experience. It was my 2nd time but my wife's 1st time to parasail. The crew was awesome and made it a very enjoyable experience. The weather turned out great and our little dip at the end very refreshing. It was nice to have photos uploaded to our phone and given an SD card as well.

I had a very pleasant experience staying here. well-organized, and exactly as described. The environment felt safe and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. My wife had a hip replacement and walks slow. The attendant for the Parasail saw her walking and told her she couldn't go on the ride because she has mobility issues. They cancelled us.

We had so much fun. They were organized, engaged with us to make us feel comfortable and gave clear instructions. We loved our photos which was a great deal. I would do this again and recommend to anyone else. Thanks for a great time!
