  Don’t ever book through Viator. They take no responsibility if something goes wrong. I was assigned a driver whose watsapp dp was a picture of masked me holding guns. Would you get into this car as a solo female traveler? Viator refused to refund a single penny since cancellation was not within the 24 hour policy. The driver was assigned to me the evening before so I could not cancel in time. My first clue should have been when the tour operator asked to me to cancel the tour with Viator and book directly with him.

  Truly had the most amazing time exploring Jordan with Omar. From Petra to Wadi Rum to Aqaba, and the Dead Sea. So kind, funny, and knew exactly what we needed before we even asked. Took incredible photos, helped us find everything from good food to hidden views, and made every long drive feel easy. Truly one of the best guides I’ve ever met. Can't recommend the tour enough

  This is one of the best trips ever! Omar, the tour guide is the best! Started in Amman to Petra.. Petra is a solo tour, it's a 3hrs max walking. The Best! Next destination will be Wadi Rum.. must try desert activity and ended in the camp for a hearty dinner.. enjoy the sunset and midnight stars in Arabian Desert.. Day 2 is where we visited the Red Sea.. Omar explained every detail and then passed by the Dead Sea.. such a spectacular place..

  The most unforgettable tour of my life all thanks to our driver OMAR THANK U SO MUCH we had enough the perfect amount of time in each place from the unique Dead Sea experience to the amazing sunset in wadi rum and the magnificent sites in Petra I can’t explain how magical this trip was jeep tour is truly one of my favourite parts exploring all the beautiful spots of some of my favourite movies we’re filmed it’s truly something pictures cannot do justice the driver stopped at the most beautiful and unique spots and the best part the sunset not to mention seeing the treasury in person is a whole other experience Omar also took amazing photos of all of us and made sure we never missed out on anything guiding us being out photographer the laughs the memories we will never ever forget this trip ever thank u

  This tour was truly unforgettable, and Omar was the reason it felt so special. From start to finish, he kept us entertained with great music, stories, and plenty of laughs. He guided us through incredible sites, including Petra and the breathtaking sunset in Wadi Rum, making every stop along the way feel magical. Omar’s energy was fun, relaxed, and genuine, and he turned the journey itself into an experience we’ll never forget.   We had an amazing experience in Wadi Rum! The landscape itself is breathtaking, but what really made the day special was our driver, Omar. He was incredibly helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The drive was smooth and relaxed, and he took great care in showing us around. It was the perfect mix of adventure and comfort—I’d definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Wadi Rum.

  This was such a great tour! Omar was an excellent driver and guide, and made sure we were super comfortable at every turn. He also went above and beyond in taking lots of pictures for us on some of the activities, which turned out great! 10/10 experience to see so many highlights of Jordan in a more compacted time frame.

  We only had a short amount of time in Jordan and wanted to make the most of it, so we booked this 2 day trip and I’m so glad we did! Our guide Omar was fantastic throughout - he drove safely, gave us important knowledge about Jordan and the cities we were in, and best of all he was an amazing photographer! We loved visiting Petra (I recommend splurging on the golf cart transport because it saved time and we weren’t as sweaty for pictures) and our night in wadi rum was so cool. Overall we had a great time and Omar provided enough breaks while driving that it didn’t feel too long. I would highly recommend!!!

  We had an incredible time on our 2-day private tour in Jordan with We Guide Travel! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Our driver, Ahmad, was extremely helpful, kind, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The tour operator, Diaa, was also amazing—he went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience and was always available for any questions or needs. The visit to Petra was truly unique—so rich in history and beauty. The Wadi Rum jeep tour was one of the most exciting adventures we've ever had! Our guide Musa made it even more special with his energy and insights. We stayed in a Martian tent at the camp in Wadi Rum, and it was beyond our expectations. The tent was luxurious and very comfortable, and the food was excellent! The entire 2-day tour was an incredible value for the price. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Jordan.   So, this trip - Costed a lot ($670 dollars). But had very little in terms of comfort. The vehicles used to transport us: one of the jeeps they used to sight see wadirum had broken seats just falling off. It did not feel safe. I added a picture. The cars they used to transport us were functional, but very very basic. The lodging provided, the so called "deluxe" tent - had broken showers that needed fixing. As I was frustrated with this, they upgraded me to another tent which was slightly better but had no hot water. I looked up this camp, and now I don't remember the exact name, but it is was one of the CHEAPEST camps they could find where it barely costs 10-15 dollars a night. The drivers I had also carefully led me to particular shopping spot even though it was a private tour and I didn't really ask for shopping. Everything there was expensive, and the earrings I bought there are already broken one month into coming back from the trip. I later realized they specifically took me to an expensive spot because aventurine earrings in other places were far more cheaper. They didn't know how to keep schedule, but then would blame me for not being able to get to one place or another. I was told I could be in a certain place for 3 hours, I would stay for 3 hours - but later I was blamed on the way to the next location like as if I'm the reason for him failing to get to a place on time. The resort they took me to - again, considering I paid so much - there were no beach lounge chairs available. I had to make do with a small chair and then had to wrangle beach lounge chair one for myself when someone left. The driver just kept getting angry when I said I had concerns with this trip being too expensive and not worth the money I paid, but "tried" to make me happy by saying, "you are so cute I want to kiss you" - which is ridiculous that he thinks that will work. And kept insisting the whole time, you will give us good reviews yes? Being a solo female traveler, I had no choice but to be polite. I think if you want good reviews you should not extract value from your customers, and give back some value and meaning. I paid around $670 dollars over a 2 day trip. This cost more than my 5 star hotel stay per day. I just felt cheated by this experience, and had to use my own emotional resources to feel optimistic and happy. Thankfully, I met another solo female traveler which made things a lot better to have company. This is just a very sub-par experience. I actually deserve a refund. This was messed up. Well I suppose I should be "grateful" I came back safe in a foreign country.
