We were so lucky to have fresh snow, a gorgeous day, and Eden as our guide. She was attentive and made the whole group feel welcome and cared for. We only needed helmets but they had a trailer full of gear like gloves etc if you didn’t come prepared. Had a great time

Great time. I never rode a Snowmobile before but it was easy to learn and very enjoyable. Highly recommend

I was not happy when we checked in that we were asked to pay an additional $250.00 to cover taxes and insurance, We were not notified this when we booked our excursion online. This is the 3rd whistler snowmobile excursion we have booked and our 1st with this company . We did book a snowmobile excursion with Wilderness Adventure last year but due to the lack of snow we had to change to an ATV excursion instead. This time their was snow . This experience was good but not the best we have done. They had snow gear and safety gear for loan , the other company we dealt with was in better condition and better selection but it was good enough to make due. We were expecting more than just a single file ride that was paced by a timid rider. I guess we were spoiled by the other company , at the halfway point the other company took us to a large open area (Frozen lake) and allowed us to play around on our own based on our comfort levels, Wilderness Adventures does not allow that. Although the people like the guide were friendly , we found the value and experience with the other company more enjoyable so we will not be using Wilderness Adventure for future excursions.

We had a great experience in the Snowmobile tour. Our tour guide was very informative and gave us very detailed instructions on how to operate. The backcountry scenery was beautiful and we stopped at some wonderful sights along the way. The stop at the hut with cookies and warm cider enhanced the experience. Luckily it had snowed a few days before so it was relatively soft snow so we had a smoother ride. One caveat - this tour is geared towards people with limited to no snowmobiling experience, so if you are already comfortable with snowmobiles this might feel boring to you
