  Muhammad was a lovely guide, very informative and helpful. The tour was amazing, got to see so much in such a short time, such good value for money. Would 100% recommend this tour, all the staff on the ship were lovely, thank you again to Muhammad :)

  We booked a "5-star" cruise based on the description and images provided on Viator. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. We were placed on a barely 1-star, outdated cruise that bore no resemblance to Viator’s description or the images advertised. Despite raising complaints to both the tour staff and the travel company at check-in, they refused to accommodate us on the originally booked cruise. We were told the images were just for show—meaning they were fake advertising. It appears they overbook and simply place people on whatever cruise is available to make more money. Our original booking was canceled two days prior, and we requested to reschedule for the following day—regretfully, as it was a terrible decision. When onboard, we were asked to sign a handwritten document stating we were satisfied with the cruise, “as per their policy.” When we refused, we were threatened and intimidated by the tour staff and the cruise owner, who said we would be kicked out at 10:30 PM if we didn’t sign. We felt forced to sign because we had already checked out of our hotel and couldn’t easily find an alternative, especially in an unfamiliar country. Viator was contacted, and the only option offered was to cancel the cruise. If you still choose to book this cruise, I strongly advise you to verify real images of the vessel beforehand—otherwise, you will be beyond disappointed. This has been my worst tour experience through Viator—if there was a negative 5 rating, I would select it.

  We really enjoyed our trip down the Nile, from Aswan to Luxor. Radamis boat was fine. Food was good also. We really enjoyed the travelling along the Nile. Mahmoud our guide was excellent,get us to where we needed to be. Highly recommend it to everyone.

  100% recommended. The guide Mahmoud was very nice and very attentive, as well as a lot of fun. The boat and the food was good too.
