1.00How can I rate my experience when I was emailed that they didn’t have any carts available after we had already paid. We contacted Tripadvisor and were told we weren’t entitled to a refund even though they kept booking carts. We sent them the conversation with Marks carts as they asked and so far we have been ignored.

5.00We always rent our cart from Mark’s. The carts are well maintained and the pick up and drop off is a breeze. We have rented at the last minute several times and Mark’s always has a cart ready for us.
