Continuing the success of our first branch in Hanoi, we proudly introduce Da Nang branch offering foreign friends a culinary voyage through Central Vietnam's local recipes and culture. Join us! It's not just just a cooking activity, it's also an immersive cultural experience. Let's savor and share the flavors of middle Vietnam.
Our class includes a market visit where you can learn about local products and understand thoroughly the stories behind each dish.
Our menu choice for the join-in class is diverse and well balanced including both popular and well-known delicious dishes in the local, that we want to introduce to you. The menu is also selected based on its flexibility so we can adjust the class to meet each dietary requirements.

Meet-up at our address at number 07 Nguyen Ba Lan street 10 minutes before starting time. Visit the nearby market to learn about local produce and shop for the necessary ingredients. Come back to our kitchen and start cooking 5 dishes, join-in class menu includes: Bun Bo Hue, Banh Xeo, Tam Huu fresh roll, young jackfruit salad, Da Nang avocado ice-cream or vegetarian version for vegetarians. Enjoy the meal made by you together with some fruits, rice vodka and chat with our instructor to know more about the local life. Receive cook book and certificate. Class ends.

5.00Such a brilliant cooking class. Lynn is such a fantastic energetic tutor who took us through all the instructions step by step. Had so much fun preparing the food and Lynn explained exactly how local Hanoians would enjoy the food. Also appreciated the menu being adapted to vegetarians so we didn’t miss out on anything. Highly recommend this class and Up Apron.

5.00We had a lot of fun! It was a wonderful experience to cook with Jenny. From the beginning she was so sympathic and friendly to us. We had a hearted welcoming from the first Second. We were on market with her and bought the fresh things together. She told us a lot about the food. The food preparation and taste of it was fantastic. Jenny is so enthousiastic in cooking and preparing and talking about food, it was really a pleasure to have this cooking event with her. Cooking is her passion and you notice that in each second. We would really recommend this event, you won't regret it. Thank you sooo much Jenny, you're great!
