Continuing the success of our first branch in Hanoi, we proudly introduce Da Nang branch offering foreign friends a culinary voyage through Central Vietnam's local recipes and culture. Join us! It's not just just a cooking activity, it's also an immersive cultural experience. Let's savor and share the flavors of middle Vietnam.
Our class includes a market visit where you can learn about local products and understand thoroughly the stories behind each dish.
Our menu choice for the join-in class is diverse and well balanced including both popular and well-known delicious dishes in the local, that we want to introduce to you. The menu is also selected based on its flexibility so we can adjust the class to meet each dietary requirements.

Meet-up at our address at number 07 Nguyen Ba Lan street 10 minutes before starting time. Visit the nearby market to learn about local produce and shop for the necessary ingredients. Come back to our kitchen and start cooking 5 dishes, join-in class menu includes: Bun Bo Hue, Banh Xeo, Tam Huu fresh roll, young jackfruit salad, Da Nang avocado ice-cream or vegetarian version for vegetarians. Enjoy the meal made by you together with some fruits, rice vodka and chat with our instructor to know more about the local life. Receive cook book and certificate. Class ends.

5.00Coco was our lead chef, teacher, comedian & new travel friend! She did an amazing job from educating us from picking the produce at the market, to how to cook from scratch, then how to properly dine with these dishes. 100% recommend this unique experience that you can bring back home.

5.00We had total or 8 participants and really had a good time. The cooking instructor was very informative and explained the origins of each dish. We took a trip to the local market and got to experience daily life for local residents. Very busy, noisy and fun to experience. Then we prepared the food, cooked and ate it.

5.00Bella was our chef and she was a delightful person. She spoke clearly and explained a lot about the herbs and spices. I highly recommend it. My favorite recipe was the Pho but we learnt to make many recipes enough to fill a banquet. I was very happy with the class.

5.00We had the best time doing this cooking class with Bella. We got to go on a trip to the market to pick up the fresh ingredients that we would need to cook our dishes. We made 5 dishes in total and they were all delicious! Bella was lovely and very good at explaining everything. Would highly recommend this class
