Join us on board for a moment beyond the beautiful landscapes of the Atlas and the Marrakech desert , and benefit from the classic flight formula, which contains , round trip transportation , Berber breakfast in a kasbah from southern Morocco, balloon flight in front of the Atlas and the ochre city of Marrakech, and flight certificate to fill it all.
The duration of the flight will be one hour.

4.00I booked this about 8 weeks before our holiday, using trip advisor. About half the price of the hotel and tour operators. I contacted the operator several times to confirm details. Like so many others have said, there is absolutely no response prior to your experience. With so many scams I was starting to get worried. Even the hotel could not make contact the evening before our ride was booked for! Then at 7:15pm I got a what’s app message confirming pick up from our hotel (Sol Oasis) at 6:30am. From there on, everything was smooth. A 15 min drive to the base camp, where we had coffee/tea and a sales pitch to buy photos etc… (but not a hard sell). Toilets on site! About 7:30am we got back in our shuttle bus and were escorted in convoy (about 10 other buses) to the site of around 30 ballons from various companies all ready to fly. Another 15mins and we were up and away, just in time to see the sunrise at 8:10. This was quite spectacular and truly a memorable experience. Breakfast was waiting for us on our return to base camp, fruit, croissants and traditional food. So in summary amazing trip, felt safe and would highly recommend. Just wish the communication prior to the trip had been better.

5.00We hesitated to book this trip. Although we were interested, I saw so many suppliers of the balloonexperience and I wasn't sure which agent to choose. We were only interested jn the balloonflight and not in a camel ride so in the end we booked with Atlas Montgolfiere and we were not disappointed. Everything was very well organised and we had a smooth flight and a fantastic experience. There were around 45 balloons up in the air with about 6 from Atlas I believe. There was hardly any wind so the landing was close to were we left but we were picked up by a minibus and brought back for a lovely breakfast. We booked a day before the flight and only received further pick up instructions by whatsapp later in the afternoon. So we were a bit in the dark for some time where to meet the driver as the taxi could not come to our hotel. That is perhaps the only point for improvement. But in the end everything was well explained.

3.00This company and organisation of balloon trips is very professional and everything was fine, until our pilot was trying to land, and didn't appear to support the electricity pylons at the edge of the fields until we and other passengers asked him if he'd seen it. He fired the flame up just enough and the basket with about 20 passengers in it, plus 5—6 massive gas cannisters passed over the high voltage electric cable by probably only a foot or two!! They're was no room at all for mistakes, gusts, equipment failure etc. We and the other passengers were pretty scared and a couple of us got it on video. We could see vans with crew and another group ready to get on board close by so the pilot was clesrly focused on a quick turnaround. I wouldn't get in a balloon with that pilot again to be honest. I hope the others are better. Flight was sunrise 18/11/25 group C.

5.00The company that ran the program was a well oiled machine. Not a single issue. From pickup to drop off, and everything in between, the entire experience was perfect. Everything stated in the advertisement was provided.

5.00We absolutely loved our air balloon ride! Truly one of the highlights of our trip! The staff were super professional at every step of the way, I was a little nervous at first but seeing how well organized they were made me feel completely at ease. Our pilot Nics was amazing, she was so nice and we loved our experience. Even our landing was fun, as much as it was windy, it was also unforgettable. The breakfast was lovely and although we had a flat tire on our way back to Marrakech, the drivers changed it in less than 15 minutes so it really wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, extremely positive, definitely choose this company to do your ride with!
Once in a lifetime experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5.00Incredible morning from start to finish. Excellent communication from the company they picked me up and dropped me back to my hotel. Excellent friendly service when I arrived at the hotel air balloons. Delicious breakfast included.

2.00BEWARE of the people trying to sell you the video/photo content. They first tell you that it costs 30USD for two people but when you want to pay they start spinning lies about making a special edition and giving us extra photos. At the end we paid 50USD for rubbish photos, most of them blurred or with eyes closed, and a video where they filmed us 90% only from our backs, just a brief glimpse of our faces at the end. The balloon experience was good, but we were told it was a sunrise experience, at sunrise time we were still in the van driving towards the departure area.

5.00Although it was an early start, we were well looked after. The guide messaged us the night before to arrange pick up time and location. Hospitality before and following balloon ride was excellent. Facilities are very modern and unexpected for the middle of the desert. Balloon ride experience was the best. Very clear safety instructions and our pilot kept us informed of details like altitude, weather, and safety reminders. Clearly a very skilled and experienced pilot. Thank you Nix.
