  Had such a great time! Talented dancers and singers-told through a great story. The lead is absolutely hilarious and had everyone engaged and laughing. So glad we went—and recommend to all. Gezuar!

• Absolutely the Worst Experience - Avoid at All Costs

  This was, without exaggeration, the worst experience we have ever had at an event. We paid nearly €400 expecting a memorable Albanian night, but instead we were met with shockingly unprofessional, rude, and inflexible behavior from the staff. The event clearly states that children are allowed, yet from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely unwelcome because of our daughter. To be absolutely clear—our child did not cry. Not once. She was simply making small, normal sounds, as any child would. Kids are not robots. And yet, every tiny sound she made was immediately met with staff shushing us, repeatedly and unnecessarily. It felt excessive, hostile, and frankly absurd. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff escalated it by calling over someone who appeared to be in charge and part of the main performance. Unfortunately, this made things even worse. He was dismissive, rude, and made false claims that no other child had ever behaved like ours—which is simply not true. We were left standing there, completely dismissed, with no real attempt to resolve the situation or show any understanding. When we raised the issue and asked for a refund—given how unacceptable everything was—we were flatly refused, despite the amount we had paid. To make things worse, we were even told that there was no place to leave a review, which turned out to be completely untrue. Being misled like that only added to the frustration. We strongly warn others—especially families—not to attend if you expect to be treated with respect. If children are supposedly welcome, then families should not be made to feel like a problem. This place does not deliver what it promises and handles issues in the worst possible way.

  Great show! Traditional ambiance, amazing albanian dances and music! Good interaction with the audience, so you will leave the show with a lot of memories! Highly recommend booking this show

  Before entering the salon take a few minutes to dress in typical costumes. No chairs, sits on the floor on carpets
