At the moment it continues being residence of the Spanish Royal Family in its visits to the city of Seville. It has been the scene of renowned shootings such as the famous television series “Game of Thrones” and is one of the oldest in Europe.

It was an interesting tour. Mercia was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Seville and the cathedral and Alcazar. It was a large group of 29 people but that honestly didn't affect the interaction with Mercia. She was friendly and funny at times. It was a long tour but great x

Both the cathedral and Real Alcazar are amazing but I wouldn’t do both In the same day again. It is extremely long and today was so hot. Several members left before the end of the tour as everyone was so sweaty and tired. The tour is extremely thorough stopping at so many pictures and paintings. I would not recommend for anyone who can’t stand or walk for long or for families with smaller children.

Nieves the guide was good. Very knowledgeable. However, the audio systems that we were given were over the ears kind and very uncomfortable to wear for a one hour tour let alone the 3 hour kind that we booked. It poked into the ear and hurt. The audio quality through the speakers was also very poor . Our guide spoke softly and we had to press the speakers to our ears to hear her.
