We set out with one goal - to see the auroras. We don’t end the night after few hours. We keep going as long as needed — usually 4–7 hours — and we drive as far as it takes to find clear skies. Every night we make a plan according to the weather forecasts. If the best chances are on the other side of the border in Sweden or Norway, we drive there.

-We start by van from Levi.

-We follow the weather forecasts and aurora forecast and satellite data, and based on this, we choose which way we go.

-We might stay near Levi if the clouds allow - or we might drive hundreds of kilometers in one direction to find clear skies.

-We track cloud coverage and aurora activity in real time using the latest satellite data and forecasts.

Our guide has a pro quality camera setup to capture Aurora photos for you. The guide can take as many photos as you like! We will send you the digital files the next day.
