Right from the start we were really looked after. From John out bus guide who couldn't be more helpful and informative to the guide at the camp itself. The coach was lovely and clean and roomy. All you need for a long journey. It was about 1 1/2 to 2 hours each way.

If you book last minute tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau, have in mind that definitely you’ll have to wake up early as the tour prioritizes being one of the first in line to book your entry tickets and tour guide spot. So I thank the people in charge for making it a priority to get our tickets and be the first in line. We enjoyed it and we’re grateful!!

No communication, booked and confirmation email, had an early transfer at 4:15am, didn’t show and couldn’t contact anyone until after 6am to find out it had been cancelled on their side, refunded promptly but ruined trip as this excursion was the main reason we came and couldn’t even go on it
