  Bali was my final destination of 3 months solo travelling and it was the best way to end my trip, my two tour leaders V (Violetta) and Jade, who was training, both made the entire trip! It wouldn’t have been the same without them they were both so friendly, inclusive, knowledgeable and helpful. The Bali experience is a great trip for all ages and so many exciting activities and I loved every part of it and it made me fall in love with Bali and I’ll definitely be back! Thankyou again to V and Jade they are the best leaders and I’m so grateful to have had them for the Bali experience anyone who gets them as a leader in the future is very lucky!

  Best group tour I've done so far! (Tried 3 so far) It was a great mix of activities and downtime. Good value for money compared to the other big group travel companies. Activities were fun. We saw Manta Rays and Turtles. We had Violetta and Jade, they are both great and born for the role!

  Starting to travel solo can be a daunting prospect but Intro Travel, and more specifically, V, my tour guide, made it so incredibly easy. Support from booking until after my flight home, I always felt as though someone could help me if I needed it. The Bali Experience was an incredible trip, filled with lots of activities that suited all different characters. From swimming with turtles and manta rays, to partying on thr tropical island of Gilli T like there was no tomorrow. And best of all, it was all up to you. If you felt like a quiet night in, no one forced you to do anything you didn't want to do, which just adds to the level of comfort felt on a group tour. My group was fantastic and we got on extremely well within hours. This meant that when it came to the group activities, we always had laughs, we always had fun and we always enjoyed the company in whatever activity. The accommodation locations were great. A little testing if you dislike unpacking and repacking, but if you just take it as part of the tour, it's a small thing to overlook, for all the great perks of this trip. The destinations were amazing at showcasing Bali and it's wide variety of landscapes. It is truly a beautiful place, just watch out for motorbikes! Overall, I could not recommend this trip highly enough. It has more to offer solo and experienced travellers, alike, than I can fit into this review, so don't just take my word for it... book on a tour yourself!   I'm on my last night in paradise and I don't want it to end. It took me a long time to get to Bali from Wales, but I must say it was well worth the long journey, and you won't regret spending your hard-earned money and time to be here. From the first day to the last, my guide was spectacular even though caro told us a cheeky little lie that she had done this tour a few times before, but actually we were here first, but you would never think it, as Caro has so much energy and enthusiasm in everything she does.   Had the best time on the Bali into tour, saw so many amazing things, Couldn’t have asked for a better team leader then Holly, she made us all laugh so much everyday, she was kind and helpful and really made sure we all had the best experience and made us all feel so welcome We all had so much fun would definitely recommend into travel!

  I've just finished the 15-day Bali experience, and wow, what an incredible experience that I'll cherish forever. The tour is perfectly balanced, hit all the interest areas and activities while still plenty of free time to do your own thing or just lap up the stunning facilities in the breath taking accommodations. It hits everything, the tranquil moments, sunsets, sunrises, to the thrill seeking surfing, snorkelling, and everything in-between. Well done, Inro Travel, from my first enquiry to even after I left for the airport, I've had a 5-star experience from start to finish. I've made friends for life, love you all, but the credit to all of this is our group leader, Andri. Honestly, we couldn't ever have gotten better. A knowledgeable, creditable talent. He is the epitome of cool, calm, and collected! Whilst majestic, fun, funny, caring, and so thoughtful. Andri went above and beyond for all of us and I can hand on my heart say I loved these last 2 weeks a lot more down to him. Thank you, Andri, you're a very special person.   I can easily say this was one of my best trips ever! Thank you to Intro Travel especially our tour leader Hendri for making this such a seamless, memorable and fun experience. From the staff in the office to answering my emails and calling me upon my request to Hendri making sure we were all taken care of. To everyone on the group who I now consider as family and to the people of Bali always with a smile on their face. I would recommend Intro travel to anyone and have already told all my traveling friends they should check them out. Thank you for an amazing and unforgettable 15 days!

  Bali intro experience 15 day tour was an amazing experience! I have always wanted to go travelling and intro made it soo easy and so much fun! Everything is organised and you can fully relax and enjoy all the activities without anything to worry about. I loved the mix of beach days, nights out, activities and cultural visits! I have met some amazing people and created memories of a lifetime with the group. Our group leader Klaudia in particular was incredible. She was so welcoming from the moment you arrive and made you instantly feel at ease. She was very organised and  knowledgeable and helped with anything you needed. Plus she was super fun to be around! Overall I would recommend bali intro experience 15 days to anyone wanting to travel in bali - I have loved it!
