This was a spectacular ride!!! The views are EPIC!! I can’t wait to go back and experience this ride again!!! The gondola ride at the ski resort over by Lake Louise can not begin to compare to the Banff Gondola!!!

A definite “must do” in Banff. Stunning views and the walk to the summit is worth it. The Sky Bistro has stunning views and excellent food.

The Banff Gondola experience was fantastic! The ticketing process was straightforward, and everything was well-organized, making for a smooth visit. The ride up was scenic, but the real highlight was the unbelievable views from the top. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Banff!

Beautiful views at the top of sulfur mountain, my toddler enjoyed the interactive area. Got super lucky with the weather. Initially had an issue with the booking because my infant was not added when I was first looking at the activity. When I went to re-add him it changed the dates and I only noticed once the payment went through. Getting a hold of Viator vis phone call immediately with the issue of the date being changed was a nightmare and had terrible customer service with them as they said they couldn't do anything. Since we will try to make the booking for literally 30 minutes before going to the gondola, we just went directly to the customer service desk at the gondala. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and rectified the issue immediately. Wish I caught their names to thank them again for their great customer service. I did hear via the Viator app a couple hours later with the company providing the same solution. So I'm happy with the company. Not happy with Viator for the booking process
