1.00Our guide for the Monday, May 4th tour by Tao Travel was very soft spoken like she was leading a kindergarten class on a field trip. She was unenthusiastic and was just going thru the motions. She had no personality. I've had much better guides on free walking tour. She had to be asked twice to turn the A/C on as the bus was too warm. You could not hear her if you were sitting in the back. She gave every four people a one (1) page brochure on Bernini Train route, when I saw a stack of them by her seat so she easily could've given them to every couple and individual on the tour. This tour could have been so much better with a different guide.

5.00Great excursion, tour guide good, driver excellent! Some of those curves on the road going up were crazy and he handled like a pro!! Well done! Disappointed we were not able to finish the train since there was a washout on the tracks due to some earlier rain that prevented us from continuing through the last several stops. Other than that we would repeat this experience again! The views were amazing, St. Moritz was not "open" except for the chocolate shop, and Switzerland as a whole is expensive. Prepare for a approximately 20°F temperature change at the top from where you started in Milan.

5.00Very organized tour in a comfortable bus. Alejandro was very clear and informative. I would recommend. Tip - sit on the left side to see Lake Como on the drive up and sit on the right side of the red train :)

4.00Convenient transport and stunning sceneries. Travelling in a tour group has exclusive car which is very convenient. Bus ride returning to Milan was shorter than starting the tour via St Moritz however the place is quiet and nice view of the lake abd glaciers.

5.00Such a beautiful and memorable experience. Breathtaking views, had a wonderful lunch at La Stalla restaurant in St Moritz which was recommended by our guide Maria Christina who was also very informative about sights and local history. Our driver Salvatore was also great and very efficient driving through those tight winding roads. Highly recommend this tour. It’s a long day but well worth it.
