  Its a special journey! Amazing views. Guide was lovely, so much better than the previous days tour with Zani Travel. We stopped on the way and the guide, sorry cant remember your name, but she pointed out where restrooms were at every opportunity and allowed time for drinks and food purchases.

  Cannot say enough about the sites we saw on this Tour. The Alps were spectacular as we even saw snow and the train ride was very good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I am rating this Tour a 3 because of the Tour guide - Sarah. Among many problems, she started leading the group to the center of St. Moritz before we were off the bus. When I finally caught up to her in town and asked her to start her explanation over again she told me "don't tell me how to do my job". Why did we not get radios/whisperer like on other tours. There were many times we could not hear instructions and information, including on the train and bus - radios would have solved that. To that point, I guess I did not hear that there was a toilet on the train and was told we had to get right to the bus. At the bus we were then told we could go to the toilet which was back by the train we just got off, but only take 5 minues. Not good for my wife struggling to walk. She gave us the impression of not really caring and was rude. I could give more examples but the rating for this guide would be a 1 out of 5. In addition, the bus windows were very dirty which unfortunately made for cloudy pictures of the amazing landscape. We expected better for the price we paid. For what we got, probably should have done it on our own since we didn't get any real help from the Guide. Expected way more information from the guide, especially during the 5+ hours we spent in the bus.

  We were put on an old bus that was completely packed. There was no leg room and the bus broke down. On the side of the road before we got to St. Moritz! We sat on the bus on the side of the road with no air conditioning for an hour! So, there was no free time in St. Moritz! This tour company knew they had a full bus and knew the bus was old! They should never have put us on this bus! What a terrible trip! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

  It was a fantastic train trip! Our guide, Barbara was very professional, responsible, and kind! I really enjoy the time and I would like to come back.

  Wonderful . A trip not be missed ! Well organised by Maria Cristina and driver , Claudio did I brilliant job of negotiating the bus down the pass on our return !
