We were blown away by Scotland's Highland Tours' meticulous planning that created a fabulous itinerary that helped us see as much of this beautiful country as we could pack into our 6 days. Our kids loved things like the kayaking and tea time with hairy coos, and some of the very personal touches you added to keep their interest. Keith is a gem, and there's no one else I'd want to co-pilot with on a trip like this! His attention to detail and general care and concern for us were so appreciated. We always felt like he was going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, maximize our time, and tailor things to our interests. He had excellent suggestions and pivots along the way, especially when the weather didn't cooperate, and we loved listening to his stories and historical perspective, injected with his great sense of humor! We have already recommended you all to a couple of friends who are considering traveling to Scotland, and we will continue to do so whenever the opportunity arises!

Had a fantastic experience with our guide, Regan, who was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. A highlight of the tour was the Jacobite Train, which Regan was able to help us secure tickets after our original tickets were cancelled. And, of course, the other activities on the trip were great; a personal favorite was the walk along the Fairy Pools. Overall, I cannot recommend this tour enough!

This was the trip of a lifetime, and it’s hard to find words sufficient enough to express my gratitude to Catherine and Gus for this amazing experience. Catherine was wonderful to work with; she listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions, and ultimately created a perfect itinerary specifically tailored to our needs and interests. Her intimate knowledge of Skye and the Highlands, beyond just the major tourist attractions, made all the difference. Our tour guide Gus was incredible; he is an expert historian with an encyclopedic memory for Scottish history and area lore. He knew shortcuts to popular sites, the best spots to stop for lunch, hidden viewpoints and historic sites not listed in the tourist guides. Most importantly, he was able to navigate the difficult, single track roads smoothly and safely, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the scenery stress free. We were able to see and do much more than we could have ever done on our own. And when a last minute ferry cancelation impacted one day of our tour, Catherine and Gus worked together to provide an alternative route filled with interesting sites that were equally enjoyable. We will be forever grateful to Catherine and Gus for providing us with such an incredible experience!

Catherine and Keith provide their clients with the highest quality tours. They work with you to insure that you are getting the tour you want! Catherine goes above and beyond and booked reservations at restaurants for our party. The establishments she chose were perfect to our requests. Keith additionally goes the extra mile to provide clients with a memorable tour. He was punctual every morning picking us up at our place of lodging with a clean and comfortable vehicle. Keith always looked out for our safety and well being which meant a lot while on holiday. Keith answered my endless questions about Scotland with patience and provided great stories and insights about the sites we saw. Conversations were lively and fun. He shared that if there was a place we wanted to stop and see to just ask. Keith wore a kilt which adds a flair of authenticity to the Scotland experience. I highly recommend Scottish Highland Tours for your trip to see and experience the beautiful Highlands and taste Scotland hospitality at its finest! Catherine and Keith thank you for an amazing adventure of a lifetime. It was beyond words especially Glen Coe and Great Glen. My heart will always be in the Highlands.
