  • Wonderful experience for first timer to South Korea!

    Ka T,Apr 20, 2026

    - Review from Viator

    5.00

It was a wonderful experience from the first day up till the 7th day of our visit to South Korea. The first and third day we were in tours with other people and Cindy and Vincent was our guides. They did an excellent job keeping everyone together and planning out the day. Everything went smoothly. On our second day and fourth day till the seventh day, we had private tours with Juan, Clover, Luke, and Jay. They all did a great job and we have learn so much about South Korea. Throughout the 7 days in South Korea, we feel more like friends than tourists. Also, a very Thank You to Alicia (the tour manager) who planned the day to day trips for us and who have taken the time to book the airline to Jeju and the train back to Seoul. You made the overall trip stress free.

My family had an amazing trip from Seoul to Jeju to Busan to Geongju! We saw a lot of places and experience a lot of things all unique and diverse! We learn a lot too from cooking, culture and history! We have wonderful tour guides from Jake, Jones, Harry, Janice and Luke! We love them all! It was seamless and clear instructions provided each day, well organized! I was a bit apprehensive booking this for my family using Internet search only but it was smooth, enjoyable both for adult and kids! Highly recommended.

  • Great whirlwind tour with lots of sites and walking,

The tour operators are great and responsive. In Seoul, Jung was great at giving historical information as well as current information (politics, k dramas, kpop). Jung was also really great with my mom, the grandmother of the group who couldn’t walk as much in the heat. Harry was our guide for the DMZ and was great as well. Clover in Jeju was awesome and took great pictures. Clover also was great with my mother and flexible on how much time we spent in different spots. Luke in Busan knew where all of the great photo spots were and also was flexible in changing things due to the rainy weather. Every guide was fantastic! They went above and beyond and were always willing to answer questions.

Our tour guide Ki was very professional and knowledgeable. We visited so many places within the 8 hour tour. We arrived before the crowds and had perfect look out points. In the markets she took us around and explained the vendors and foods.

  • South Korea small group tour

    Marina H,Nov 12, 2024

    - Review from Viator

    5.00

Fantastic Tour! Small group, different tour guides for different cities. I wished we asked for assistance with getting into train station and finding the right train if that was the last leg of the tour. Otherwise - Great customer service from Tour Operator! They are willing to help anytime they can no matter how small your question/problem was. Small group is excellent and easier to go around.

The big negative for me was walking in the thunder storm in Busan. We missed out on the Haedong Yonggungsa and the Skywalk due to rain but Kevin didn’t have a plan about what we can do and walking in the pouring rain was terrible. Sure we had umbrellas but shoes were soaked, socks, our clothes. It was terrible then we also had to walk in the rain for food for supper. I’m sure he could have investigated closer parking spaces. He did help by looking for K-Pop shops for my daughter that was a plus and she got really good merch.⭐️⭐️⭐️ half. The second day was better but we were exhausted but he was flexible and accommodated us. Harry was very good⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and half. The cooking class was a big let down. I thought we were going to make a full meal but ended up making Kimchi only. Harry confessed that it was the first time this cooking class was offered. And initially the food we cooked was going to be lunch but he made up for it by taking us to a noodle place which was good. Otherwise Harry was knowledgeable about our Seoul activities, the history etc. funny and engaging. Joo Ee was excellent I will never forget my DMZ experience with her⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have high blood pressure and she was really helpful without making me feel like a liability and ensuring that the rest of the group does not miss out of anything. She was objective and really remained respectful about the whole 2Korea’s saga. I learned a lot from her. Clover at Jeju was super excellent ⭐️⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Clover made you feel like a friend taking you around. It also rained in Jeju but she had a plan and moved things around so that we get a fabulous experience and still have a feel of the island. Jeju with Clover is a definite super plus on our trip. She was insightful and knowledgeable

This was an excellent trip and perfect for both first-time visitors and return visitors as you hit all of the main spots. Harry and Alicia are very responsive throughout the process from booking to checking in throughout the trip. All of the local guides (Jones, Clover, Vincent, and Kevin) were excellent and helped shaped the experiences!

Had a great time with each of our guides. Shoutout to Jones, Clover and Kevin! Would definitely recommend to others! Lots of driving around but we got to see many different parts of Korea. Would recommend looking at the itinerary to make sure you go to the spots you’re interested in. Don’t sit in the backseat if you get carsick easily! The vans are pretty nice and comfortable though. The guides are pretty flexible if you decide you want to hit a different spot or change your mind about the itinierary.

  • Great South Korea guided Tour

    Alexander K,May 19, 2024

    - Review from Viator

    5.00

This was our first guided Tour and we were very satisfied with it. It was not cheap but totally worth its price. We wouldn't be able to organize and experience all these beautiful locations within 7 days. Everything was planned very well and it was adapted to our needs. Every single of the Tour Guides was a professional expert in his/her area and we had a lot of good conversations about Culture, History and habits in South Korea. Many thanks to hearty Clover for the unforgettable days on Jeju, to Kevin for all his energy and knowledge about Busan and Gyeongju and to Harry for great organization and short-time changes and help according to our requests and his insights about Korean History in Seoul. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend this 100%.
