5.00Our trip to Halong Bay with Arcady Premium Cruise was absolutely flawless from start to finish. We booked the full day tour from Hanoi, and the luxury limousine transfer made the 2.5 hour journey very comfortable. The vessel is modern, sleek, and feels like a 4star hotel inside. The sundeck is massive, and we loved relaxing in the onboard Jacuzzi as we sailed past halong bay. The buffet lunch was great; tons of fresh seafood and local Vietnamese dishes that were beautifully presented. Extra vegetarian buffet too. Our guide, Hien, was knowledgeable, funny, and kept everything organized so we never felt rushed. The sunset party on the way back with wine and snacks was the perfect cherry on top. If you want a luxurious way to see the bay without the stress, this is the one to book! The price is also pretty great considering we paid the same for a full day Hanoi tour.

3.00Recently did this tour end of February 2026. I will say the tour guide was approachable and very friendly and the staff on board the ship were friendly also. However, Ha Long Bay itself my hubby and I did not enjoy. We were warned that it’s busy but we weren’t expecting it to be absolutely insane and disgusting! The water was very polluted the islands were insanely busy and crowded. Was not like the photos you see at all. The amount of people and boats just ruined the whole experience. If there weren’t so many people and boats no doubt the islands would be treated a lot better and would have been amazing! We loved our time in Vietnam just unfortunately this tour was our least favourite.

5.00I had an amazing experience cruising at Halong Bay! The entire trip was very well organized, and the boat was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the journey. The limestone karsts were absolutely breathtaking — every view looked like a postcard. We also visited a beautiful cave and had the chance to do kayaking, which was both fun and safe. The scenery was peaceful and relaxing, with fresh air and stunning natural beauty all around. Lunch was served on board and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, everything from the service to the views exceeded my expectations. It’s definitely a must-do when visiting Vietnam! Highly recommended! 👍
