4.00A good experience overall. There was some confusion on our pickup point but it got sorted out. We were made a late by one group of passengers but this was not the tour’s fault.

5.00On a rainy day in Halong Bay, (not what we had imagined), we had the most amazing experience on this particular tour. Right from the start, Johny and his team onboard gave us undivided service with a genuine smile. The boat is as shown; a 3 story posh boat, which was not the case for most boats on the Bay. Apparently, we were extremely lucky to have only a dozen people on this tour, so had the boat pretty much all to ourselves. 😁 On a cool day, the hot tub with cocktails washed the bad weather away. The scenery is something special to behold. 😍 The cave exploration & boat rides (even in the rain) were brilliant experiences. For the value, we counted ourselves as very lucky. When speaking with friends who went on other tours, we know we struck gold on this tour. Highly recommend this particular tour.

5.00Book if you want a day of fun and good vibes 🥰 Pick up was quick and accommodating, picked us up at the hotel in old quarter hà nội. rest stop was well needed and had good coffee. bus was comfortable. once we arrived it was organized and we got our boat, and which was comfortable and clean. the buffet was okay, a few things were cold where it would have been better hot, but all and all not too shabby. Our guide Johny was amazing! he’s a delight to be around and was cracking jokes and making us all laugh and smile. the cruise to the cave was smooth and it was nice to lounge on the top deck in the sun. the cave was cool! i was reluctant to go because the steps up intimidated me haha but the boat already pulled away so i had to commit and im glad i did :) very cool experience and not a difficult hike as i thought it would be. i appreciate that johny gave us time to explore in the cave and take pictures, he never rushed us which we were grateful for. back on the boat we went for a water adventure, kayaking and rowboat were included in the tour price, but the speed boat was extra. DO THE SPEED BOAT!!!! it was so worth it! easily my fav part. $320k VND is worth it, trust me. so fun! and the scenery is unmatched! the jacuzzi tub on board was a nice touch and enjoyable, the music was bumping and made the trip relaxed and fun. the stop at ti top island was quick, but still enjoyable. my bf hiked up the mountain and got beautiful photos and i stayed on the white sandy beach. i waded into the water, but to be honest, the amount of boats in the area made me feel like maybe the water wasn’t the greatest to swim in, but everyone else was thoroughly enjoying themselves! lots of shops around too so i grabbed a beer and sat in the sun. :) then we spent the sunset dancing in the jacuzzi drinking and it was beautiful and silly. i liked the people we met and johny even came over and danced with us quickly! he really kept things fun and energetic the whole trip. the pina coladas on board were yummy, a bit pricy, but worth it when you’re on a day cruise. it’s not something you do everyday so indulge a little. bring your own snacks if you’re a hungry person :) thank you johny for the wonderful day, and thank you to our driver for getting us to and from safely and efficiently. we appreciate you both so much! thank you to the staff on board who catered to us and kept things operational and organized. one of our favourite days in vietnam was this trip ❤️

5.00This is an amazing tour cum activity package. Right from luxury transport, a five star cruise with mouth watering lunch , surprise cave visit, kayaking and speed boat, sunset at Ti Top island to wine and snacks at cruise in the evening, this is a complete package with everything so well organized. The tour guides are very helpful and cheerful. Had a wonderful time with family.

5.00Overall, the experience was great. Tony was an excellent guide who kept us safe and engaged throughout the day. Our only suggestion would be to keep the pace a bit steadier—there were a few stretches where we found ourselves waiting for the next activity. Otherwise, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and beautiful tour of the bay.
Don't waste your money.

2.00Where doing beginners. The pick up changed at 1:30am so in the morning it was different to what we were told. The bus that arrived didn't have seats for all of us and someone had to sit up front with driver in a very uncomfortable seat for 3 hrs. On top of that the driver couldn't understand that we were freezing and left the cooling too high. The boat tour was very touristy and the food was average. Queuing every stop with hundreds of people everywhere. I would not recommend this tour.

4.00I came from Japan. It was also the first time I went abroad myself. It was a project I enjoyed reasonably enough to win the game in Japan, where the average 10,000 would definitely exceed! There were many people in Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage site, on Saturday and Sunday, but I was also able to refer to what measures would be needed to deal with overtourism, as the Japanese say now. May the beautiful Ha Long Bay continue.
