    Our tour guide Jonny is polite, fluent in English, and does not force the crew to buy anything during the trip, really great! The landscape of the Bay of Lagoon is beautiful, the Ti Top Island people are too many, if you don't want to swim, you can not go, the speedboat and boat trips are great, you can enjoy Lagoon Bay more closely. The transfer of our boat was clean, the food was good, the crew was also kind!

    Excellent tour from start to finish, our tour guide Johnny was very friendly and made us feel very welcome despite it only being a single day trip. The crew aboard the Phong Hài Sapphire was excellent and attentive, honestly never been on a tour with such friendly crew. This was our second time visiting Ha Long Bay but this crew made a huge difference :) Thank you for an amazing tour of Ha Long Bay!

    It was an undisputed cruise. The food and hospitality on board the cruise ship was amazing and we enjoyed each activity. I'm amazed at how good the cost is. The guides and crew were all lovely.
