Amazing views and Jimmy was a fantastic guide. Perfect amount of time at each of the stops. Long break without eating after lunch so definitely get snacks

Johnnie our tour guide was really really good and ran everything perfectly The coach was super comfortable The boat was brilliant and much better than expected The cave was amazing Lunch really good The price of wine on the boat was ridiculously high 😔 The swimming was really bad, totally overpacked like you could never imagine and tiny roped off swimming area

Good day trip to ha long bay! Got a bit of everything from seeing the cave to speed boating and kayaking and some beach time. Our tour guide Johnny was very informative and helpful and the boat was clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Would recommend!
Avoid this disorganized travel company like the PLAGUE!

We arrived at the Tuan Chau International Wharf and waited at the Milano Coffee Shop as instructed. The time we were instructed to meet was 11:45. There was no one there to greet us and no one with any indication that they were from the tour group. We asked many people and no one seemed to know who we were meeting. We watched large groups of people leaving and because there was no communication, we were not sure that our boat wasn't leaving without us. Finally, we found someone who, though he couldn't locate us on his list, handed me the manifest and I was able to show him that we were on the list. At 12 noon, we were escorted to the ship, 15 minutes past the time we were told to meet. When we got to the ship, there were very few people there. The bus from Hanoi must have been running late. The food for lunch was all sitting out waiting, and waiting, and waiting. By the time lunch was served, it was all COLD and definitely not 5 Star. The food was poor quality. The plastic woven furniture was all crumbling. However, the most disgusting thing of all was that there was one hand towel in each of the bathrooms. Not paper towels or a hand dryer! No, just one regular hand towel for over 100 people to share! The entire trip was waste of money and frustrating beyond belief.

Overall the experience was ok. They randomly canceled 1 island. They said it was because of a storm but nothing happened- no rain, no wind. They also kept stopping at shopping tourist traps. They said it was to use the loo but then they parked the bus very far and kept the shopping stops for 30 mins +. Not good! Also on the cruise the staff very blatantly asked for tips. I think the guide was very good, Jonny or Jimmy but the experience with Arcady was not
