5.00Fantastic experience, very well looked after. The buffet was great and even had more than one vegetarian option. The guide and staff couldn't do enough. Fantastic sights around the Bay, we opted for the speed boat, had to pay a little extra, but worth it. Still able to go on the bamboo boats as well, don't miss that. Highly recommend.

5.00The tour was wonderful- from the time we were picked up from our hotel to when we were dropped off. Johnny Walker was very attentive and fun. He managed our group well as well as the time for each activity. He also explained details well and answered all our questions, I recommend this tour and our guide!

4.00For me this was my worst trip so far. Nothing to do with the guides, the boat or the food but Ha Long Bay has been ruined with commercialisation. There is also a pollution and litter problem which I can't believe they are not doing something about. I wouldn't put my toe in that water let alone swim in it! I've given it 4 because the actual trip there was nothing wrong with it was just the destination.

5.00I had a really lovely time on the Ha Long Bay trip. Everything was very well organized and the day flowed smoothly, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy the views. Hien was a great guide. He was warm, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the experience of the group. I’m really glad we had him as our guide. Highly recommend.

5.00Dcar limo is spacious, clean and super comfortable; cruise buffet, drinks, jacuzzi is great; operators and guides are friendly and helpful. However, the Halong bay is below average and even with the sunny weather it is not worth the time and money, just an instagram craze. Water is murky, lots and lots of cruises with full of tourists, maybe good for the first timer but nothing amazing or spectacular about Halong bay or the cave. In reality the whole bay is not even close to the photos which are photoshopped & glamorized.

1.00Ran late and you don't get access to the Jacuzzi until the trip back. There's cheaper cruises without the jacuzzi option so just pick them if you came for the sights.
Super organized, communication basically good, but the additional fees for holiday were not communicated

4.00Super organized, basically very good communication, but unfortunately hidden costs for holiday, which we were not told before. Water very littered. Locals carelessly throwing their garbage, cigarette butts, etc. into the water.
