5.00This was an amazing day! From start to finish Johnny (walker) briefed us with the day’s activities mixed with humour! Made everyone feel comfortable from the get go!! Once we got started on the cruise, he was very descriptive of how our day was going to play out and it went perfectly! Buffet lunch was a bit hectic, but the tours and information about what we were doing were on point without being over the top!!! Amazing tour today, would absolutely recommend to anyone, and it was a steal at the price point. Thank you!!

5.00The trip was beautiful. Ha Long Bay is a stunning and unique place. We visited during the holidays, so there were more people, but it didn’t bother us. The only thing that didn’t impress me much was the cave, due to too many people who didn’t respect basic manners (they were cutting in line). Otherwise, everything was really great, especially the people. Vietnamese people are truly amazing. My friend lost his wallet, and our excellent (and very funny!) guide “Hin” immediately made calls and solved everything. The wallet was returned by a boat crew member, even though there was quite a lot of money inside. Not a single cent was missing! Once again, thank you for everything. It was a wonderful trip with a small twist and a great ending, all thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the Vietnamese people. I definitely recommend it.

5.00Everything went well and on time from hotel pickup to the tour and back to the hotel. Johnny was our tour guide was very helpful and attentive. He spoke good English and gave instructions clearly. We never had any issues. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00Nguyen was a great tour. The tour takes you via bus to Ha Long Bay, where you see oyster and pearl farms before you go onto your ship. The cruise has plenty of restrooms to use and is quite spacious. We had plenty of food and beverages throughout. We especially enjoyed the speedboat portion of the tour. The service was excellent. There are, however, many other tours and so the locations can become quite crowded.

5.00We booked the luxury tour with the vip bus and it was a good choice. The bus ride from hanoi to the port is pretty long, almost 2,5 hours, so the upgrade to the vip bus its well worth the money. Very comfortable. The boat was nice, clean and was very comfortable too, we were lucky since we were a small group of 22 people in the whole boat so it was very comfortable for us. Usually should be more than 100 guests as i heard. the buffet was diverse and very tasty. The crew are very friendly and are ready to help at any time. And our guide Jhonny the Walker was very kind, respectful, took good care of us. The tour was in general well organized and we had all the stops planned and well timed. We enjoyed our tour and would do it again
