Probably one of the most comfortable tours I had in Vietnam. The entire staff and our guide Hien were amazing and warm with their hospitality. Bus to Halong bay is super comfortable with 2+1 seating. The cruise is well maintained and has amazing facilities. In summary, luxury at its best.

We had a nice time with our guide Hien. He is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as funny! It was a pleasure to listen to him. The whole experience was very worth our money, even though it was very cloudy all day so we couldn’t see the sunset. Halong bay is really a must see.

We booked the activity from our hotel. Our guide Inn is very nice and patient. Our driver is also very patient and gentle in driving. Although we have only 12 guests in the group, the buffet and sunset party is at high level. They did not sacrifice the quality. The cave tour is too crowded with too many people trying to pass through the small alleys even though it is the non-peak season. I wonder how the busy season would be like. The bamboo boat trip was smooth and fun. I like the final hiking too though still there was a bit of queue.
