To personalize your experience, you can choose between 2 options:
1) Horseback riding (optional) in the mountain foothills, passing through peaceful trails and apple orchards — a unique way to connect with the local landscape (no riding experience required)
2) Extended sightseeing option including visits to the picturesque Alma-Arasan and Ayusai gorges, along with a visit to a Falconry Center featuring an impressive birds of prey show (available from April to October).

We were so lucky with the weather — light snow falling and a gentle mist all around, making the whole place feel like something out of a fairy tale. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and everything was so well organized and smooth. Your team made the whole experience easy and truly memorable for us. 5.00Serge is a great young guy who can speak fluent English and is quite fun too! We had a great time at Big Almaty Lake and we enjoyed our day. Btw the driver is really pro and can drive in snow like flying!!!

5.00The private tour was great and well taken cared of - from booking, pre-tour arrangements, hotel pick-up, to the actual tour itself and travel back to the city. Bottled water was provided for all of us, and was given ample time to have breaks in between the travel to both locations. The tour in-charge assigned to us is Vladimir, which made the tour more engaging, informative, and organized all throughout. Definitely worthy of a 5-star rating and is highly recommended.

5.00We had a wonderful half-day trip. We enjoyed a light hike along the way to the lake, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful. Even though it was winter and the lake was frozen, the views were still breathtaking. Our guide, Roman, was the best we could have asked for — super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to share insights, history, and travel tips around Almaty. He made us feel very comfortable, almost like having an older brother taking care of us throughout the trip. Highly impressive and truly unforgettable!

5.00Wow, what an experience!! 😍 the tour started bright and early, and we headed straight to the mountains and the lake. There was still no traffic, so the roadtrip wasn’t long. Our guide Jenis was amazing, thoughtful and kind, as well as our driver. Jenis showed us around and helped us find the best spots for photos. Overall, I would recommend this tour to everyone who’s physically fit.
