Unlimited Biking Offer: Rent a bike for one hour and get an additional hour free. Rental includes bike, helmet, basket, lock, roadside assistance and an illustrated map featuring key routes and attractions.
Choice of self-guided tours include Tidal Basin or Georgetown neighborhood
Guests may activate ticket in two ways: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - Union Station - bus meeting point in front of Union Station (50 Massachusetts Ave NE), or with any driver at any stop along the route.

4.002nd trip on bus tour only issue would be nice if bus had charge ports for cell phone and when got off at white house stop had to walk 2 blocks and only allowed to view through gate. Then when got to bureau of engraving stop tried to get out and driver kept going making me Walk back from Jefferson memorial plus after getting off you have to Walk around the block to access tour from 14th Street but nicest option is tour starts at Union station so can take train then right onto bus

5.00We had a great experience visiting the DC with the big bus. The trip covered all the places we needed to visit. We met Lena who was very helpful and friendly to help us plan the whole trip. Would definitely recommend to other visiting friends.

2.00The hop on hop off was great in theory except for when the bus driver stopped at a stop spot and bitched and complained about stuff for 15 to 20 minutes while we were waiting to get to the next stop before it closed. Then the bus driver told us that we had to be back on the bus by 4:15 or we wouldn’t have a way back to our original Location and we saw buses picking up people at 6:00 so we had to pay $118 for the tour and then we had to pay an additional $40 for an Uber to get back when the bus could’ve taken us back but he said he wouldn’t. Very unprofessional, but it was nice to get to see everything in one bus.

5.00Christina did a fabulous job on the Arlington tour! It was very informative and had the perfect amount of walking through the cemetery. I appreciated learning so much history from her. I highly recommend!
