• Refreshing bike tour outside of tourist core of Amsterdam

  It was generally good. Pim brought us around his neighborhood explaining some aspects of Dutch life and history. His dog really added a lot of cuteness and fun to the afternoon. Meeting point was a little hard to find. Overall I wish he had spoken even more about Dutch culture.

  Great, safe and knowledgeable ride. It was really good to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre with a small group and ride the other parts of Amsterdam. Good value, good quality bikes and Duncan was a great host. Highly recommend!

  Never got to experience as our guide informed me less than 24 hours before the tour that it would not run since not enough people signed up. I was in Amsterdam for a work conference so I asked how many people he would need to sign up to make the tour happen. He informed me he would need at least 2-3 people and I responded that I would try to find some other interested people. We mutually agreed that I would let him know by the afternoon (tour was scheduled for 7pm). When I told him in the afternoon that I couldn’t find others and would like a refund because we secured other plans for our last night in Amsterdam he said that’s not possible because the tour was going to happen as 1 extra person signed up (even though the initial communication said we needed 2-3 more and had I known I could’ve added one more to join). He also said full refunds are only possible more than 24 hours before the tour but he literally told me it was cancelled less than 24 hours before. This whole experience has made me distrust Viator from a customer service standpoint and will likely book through a more reputable site going forward.

  Traveling thru the private green-space residential areas park and learning about the culture and architecture. Very friendly and knowledgeable guides. Bike seats were very comfortable and quality of bikes was new.
