For more than eight years, we have guided adventurous souls through the waters of Mismaloya, revealing the secrets of bioluminescence in its fullest glory. This natural phenomenon, visible all year round. Depending on the season of your visit, we recommend you to leave before dawn or evening We will paddle from our beach club in Mismaloya to Los Arcos Marine Park, a marine life sanctuary where birds and fish weave their own legends. There, in the stillness of the sea, they will witness an unparalleled spectacle: bioluminescence transforming every row, every movement, into flashes of liquid magic. Upon returning, the warmth of our beach club will greet you with a feast for the soul: cookies, chocolates, seasonal fruit and a comforting hot chocolate. The night becomes even more special next to our campfire, where fire and sea breezes intertwine in an embrace of tranquility. In addition, photos taken during the tour are completely free. And for your convenience, roundtrip transportation is included. If at the end of the evening your spirit still craves more, we invite you to taste the pizzas of our restaurant

It was my first time kayaking in the open ocean at night, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and clearly understood the safe zones. We were able to paddle through one of the caves, though some others weren’t accessible due to the conditions. The bioluminescence was only slightly visible during my visit, but it was still amazing to jump into the water and snorkel in the dark— you could see the glow with every kick of your feet. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Really wonderful evening on the water. Super fun! The guide was excellent, the pickup and drop off in PV was super easy. Totally worth the money!

An unforgettable experience, excellent service from Alberto and Felipe, the amazing staff of friendly, the divine place and everything beautiful! Also the bioluminescence tour that was the one I did was magical!!! 1000000/10 please live it, you will not regret it! it renews their energy, cleans them and also what better way to start the day! we could see an eagle ray, turtles, many banks of fish, amazing sunrise, stars!!! Magic really!

I did this excursion alone and was unsure how it would feel to me, but I had a blast. 62 year old woman worried about being cold. The water was balmy. The kayak trip in a solo kayak was very doable despite the choppy water. The guides are so helpful and encouraging and a little silly! Seeing the sparks in the water was amazing. You kinda have to be in the water to see it because they need body movement. Guided help you in and out of kayak if needed, and the welcome home is magic. A bonfire and fresh cooked pizza or guacamole and treats waiting for us. Don’t miss it!

the trip was fantastic, the guides were hilarious and safe. highly recommend getting in the water and seeing the bioluminescence all around you. definitely a workout but we'll with our. the caves were a lot of fun, felt like running a rapid, very cool.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Picked up at the center by Corina. Glad I used their shuttle.because there was no parking at beach with some construction going on. Ulysses, Alberto and Memo worked very to make.the experience fantastic.all around. On way to Los Arcos saw a few whales. Early arrivals from their migration. They were going the same direction and came very close.to the kayaks. Ran into a couple turtles having a good time. Paddling thru the Arcos.was exhilarating. In the dark you can hear the bats. The bioluminescent was great underwater. You could see some at the top but it was better underwater. On the return, the ground crew had a fruit spread ready. A great effort from a very dedicated group.

Amazing experience. Way better than imagined. The kayak paddle was further than expected which was great. Swimming and snorkeling in the dark was the best part. Overall just a great time. Sitting around and having a drink around the fire afterwards was also a lot of fun. Good guests. Small group only 16 of us and everyone was friendly and chit chatted. Guides were fabulous as

One of the best experiences of my life- not just the bioluminescence, while it did check a huge bucket list item off the list for me- beyond that the crew was incredible and went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday one we will never forget. Huge thank you to everyone at Paddle Zone - you are what made the entire excursion extra magical!

This was a great evening kayaking trip. The guides and team at PaddleZone are super good and very friendly and helpful. The best part was the birds flying around the larger Los Arcos island. Just beautiful, especially sitting in a Kayak that close. Paddling through the 2 different arches was exciting. Unfortunately, we had a full moon and almost no bioluminescence as a result. Bummer, but the trip was still awesome. Other details: Pick-up in PV was easy and the ride was nice. The return trip takes a little bit of time to leave (my only negative). There is food at the end, so no one is rushing off, but after 30 minutes we were ready to head back to PV. Pick-up to drop-off was about 5 hours. The paddle itself is about 2km/1.6miles each way. It takes some effort, but they give you water and snacks as well. They also take lots of photos for you at no cost. great to have them to remember the trip. We had about 20 people total, mostly in double kayaks. We really enjoyed it all.
