On the way to the Magic Lake, Blue Lake, Blausee, we take the most scenic route, which is exclusive to private transport.
You reach the destination in less than half the time it would take on crowded public transport, and there is no need to worry about transfers from trains to buses.
At Blausee Park, tickets included, allowing you to explore this heavenly place at your discretion.
In the summer months, there is a glass bottom boat, rowed by a storytelling guide.
On the return journey, we stop at the ghost castle in Spiez, and if you have your bikini with you, you can take a quick swim in the lake.

If you like to swim in the lake after the main attractions, advise us before or at pickup. Bring towel. You should be able to swim, have no heart problem (cold water)

Advise on any disability, such as back problems, diabetes, allergies, walking problems, fear of heights etc. The earlier this is communicated, the better
Go early in the day if you can. During the summer season, it’s less hot, and the chance of waiting in line is reduced
The glass-bottom boat at Blausee can accommodate groups of up to 8 people per ride. There might be a queue, and the boat is not always guaranteed due to special events or off-season dates
The expert guide knows a hidden track to the Dragon Cave. This requires a normal fitness, sport shoes with ok grip. Its a nature path. Watch each step. Guard the children. Go slow. Do not run or jump. Most of all: Do not touch the eggs
Happy Tour Switzerland uses WhatsApp as a communication tool. Have this tool available. In certain situations, live location sharing is used, to ease coordination

Daerligen: On the way to Magic Lake Park (Blausee), a lake supposedly formed from the tears of a heartbroken girl, we pass by some of the most scenic locations. We keep the transit as short as possible, ensuring you have ample time at the park. We'll drive along the lower lake through a picturesque, old-school fishing village where you'll see typical houses of the area.

5.00I stumbled upon this tour while looking for something to do in Zurich that showed us more of the nature side of Switzerland. This was the perfect tour and exactly what we were looking for. Although this tour says it’s 4 hours, from Zurich, the tour turns into an 8 hour tour. Phil did his best to make sure we were comfortable during the longer drives to and from the tour. We made a few other stops other than Blausee and the Castle along the way and got to see some really beautiful landscapes. On top of this, Phil made sure we got the best pictures in every place we went. Lots of pictures in lots of locations with lots of angles. If you are looking for a private tour from a local, this is a must book.
