1.00I had a horrible experience booking my ticket through Viator. My payment went through, and I received an email confirmation, so I had every reason to believe my seat was secured. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was told the plane was already full and that no seat had actually been reserved for me. To make matters worse, the airline staff was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, they were dismissive and even laughing while I was practically in tears. It was humiliating and deeply upsetting. They acted as if they had never seen a reservation made through Viator before, which only made the situation more confusing and frustrating. This entire ordeal was stressful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and would absolutely not recommend booking this way.
