  You can just buy your tickets there is no need to book online. We had issues at the ticket redemption, the people at the counter did not know what to do with our booking. Phoned number on ticket for help and couldn't understand the person due to their broken english. We eventually got our tickets but the experience was dampened.

  This was a really nice way to get to the island from Singapore. It was a beautiful island, lots of different activities to do. Definitely take your swimwear and spend a couple of hours on the beach or even spend the afternoon on the beach front in your private pool. Great experience. I would not book this excursion with Viator if I was to do this again. You do not save yourself any time as you still have to que with everyone else to get your tickets. The email you will receive is not your ticket and the staff will not accept this barcode like it states on the email. You will be sent a QR code a day or two before you chosen date but if like me this was in my spam so did not see this and had Abit of a nightmare at the front desk. Another man behind me was having the same issue as trying to use the email we are sent from Viator saying that’s all you need. But it is not and the girls on the desk will not explain this to you. Sounds like it’s a problem they face everyday with Viator. It is no cheaper and does not save any time! Book when you’re there!

  We are visiting from the US and we were told that we could board the cable car for a ride home before 10 PM. We arrived at the station at 9:45 by a grab, and the doors to the cable car were closed in the escalator was not in service

  They don't send you the entrance ticket directly, but you have to exchange it at the ticket counter, so at least in my case I had to do the line. So it takes away the advantages of buying it in advance.

  It's so worth it to purchase the round trip Faber / Sentosa. The hike from Faber Park was a slight challenge but a nice hike. The beaches at Sentosa are beautiful and clean. For a Monday, it was not crowded and we had our private cable cart.

  Tickets didn’t work, so we had to buy replacement tickets. Challenged with Viator and they refused to give me a refund! Very poor. A long time Viator client now gone!

  This ticket was great value. We were able to get to Sentosa and explore different areas as well as Mount Faber. It allowed us to be flexible and not have to work to a tight schedule.

  I loved how it transported me to Sentosa island. Also love how you could see parts of Singapore you wouldn’t see if you weren’t in the cable car.
