This is a typical itinerary for this shared shuttle service. Duration: 5 minutes stop Stop At: Any hotel along Banff Avenue only in the Town of Banff, If you are staying in one of this hotel along Banff Avenue you can inform the driver ahead. eg. 4.00good value professional staff at the desk punctual and relaxing drive to Canmore emails were great pre ride to send ticket reminder etc only thing negative is the name of the company to find it at the airport it’s not ViATOR !

2.00The problem is this reservation for the shuttle through Viator is actually with another company. There was zero explanation on the website or the ticket where to be picked up. The Calgary airport is huge, which I didn’t expect. So I had to ask many people working there where they picked you up and no one really knew. Pretty stressful The driver was great. No issues there.
