  My girlfriend bought me this for Christmas and we spent a day in January solving it. There were so many facts that we found out on the way and we bumped into two other couples doing it at the same time. I was so impressed that I bought one for my daughter. (I could've given her my copy but you pay for the experience as much as the book).

  We had the best of times spending time together solving the mystery. My daughter lived in Cardiff and still works there and she kept commenting on how she never knew or would have seen the places we visited if we had not solved the adventure. Thanks to the creator of the mystery for taking us on this fabulous tour of Cardiff. To everyone who is deciding whether to invest in an adventure DO IT!   This was the 2nd Mystery Guide we have done, the 1st being Sheffield. Once again it did not disappoint and made a dull, blustery day a most enjoyable experience, taking us to places in the city, seeing sites and looking at buildings etc we would have missed if not looking for clues. We will definitely be visiting more new places and taking a Mystery Guide along on the adventure.

  I bought this as a gift for my son & daughter in law. They really enjoyed the hunt stopping and having a couple of drinks on their way. Followed by a lovely meal in the evening. They had a fab time. Definitely thinking of buying them another one.

  So much fun, we loved the mix of beautiful park walk which is stunning at this time of year and City centre walk which was such a bustling friendly atmosphere. Bring on the next Mystery Adventure!

  My girlfriend bought me this for Christmas and we had been waiting for a lovely dry day to get out and about. A fantastic idea which got me thinking and looking at things in Cardiff that I perhaps knew were there, but didn't look into enough. Really enjoyed this and want to do another.

  What a brilliant way to walk round Cardiff and learn some history! Second one of these we've done (Stratford was the other one) and they've both been brilliant

  Really good fun and we worked as a team , good excercise as well. Definitely recommend this to any one.also you can pop into the pub and have lunch. No rush we had all day and done shopping in between,also there were other people would stop and help you

  Fantastic look at a city I've visited on many occasions. Fun filled book, easy routes to get round. Seeing things for the first time. Taking as much time we needed to. Fabulous gift for family friends or yourself.

  We're New Zealanders visiting Wales to catch up with friends and relatives and really enjoyed the Cardiff Mystery Adventure. It took us around parts of Cardiff we've never been to before, and enlightened us on other places we thought we knew. And the background knowledge imparted during the adventure was very interesting too. We got initially confused about the difference between painting clues and symbol clues, and were in Bute Park before the penny finally dropped. A quick revisit of all our previous markings in the book, and onward to ultimately find the missing masterpiece. Clues were interesting and querky and a lot of fun.. only one we couldn't find were the missing numbers in Deadmans Alley. We found the alley ok and explored that, the park and the church thoroughly, but no joy on finding them. A great way to spend a few hours in Cardiff, have some fun, and learn a whole lot too. Thoroughly recommended to all!
