There are options with even lower or higher alcohol levels, but we'll start with simpler sakes. Gradually, you'll taste sakes with more distinctive aromas and flavors. Enhance the Experience The tasting includes traditional Japanese snacks, allowing you to enjoy perfect pairings and explore how sake complements different foods. Sweet Finish Finally, savor amazake, a sweet fermented drink made from rice koji, which is also enjoyed as a dessert. Very nice and interesting , we were able to discover the different sake. The staff was very nice! Thank you for this beautiful discovery and experience! The glasses were very beautiful, we were able to buy some. An ice cream was included in the accompaniments.
