Begin your full-day excursion to Ile Aux Cerfs with a hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere on the paradise Island. You will meet and be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off to Trou D'eau Douce village. Arriving at Trou D'eau Douce 09.30 A.M, you will board to your Catamaran to enjoy this memorable catamaran cruise from Trou D'eau Douce to Ile Aux Cerfs.

Grand River South East Waterfalls

You will start your trip with a visit to the waterfall at Grand River South East before setting sail for the island of Ile Aux Cerfs. Then, when reaching the Grand River, you will go by speed boats to visit the waterfalls which are found about 500m upstream. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see the curious monkeys jumping through the big old trees on the river banks. Watch the Mauritian fruit bats resting perched on the highest trees as you approach the waterfall. Following the visit to the waterfall, you will head back to the catamaran.

When we arrived at the beach there was no clear indication or instructions as to who we were meant to check in with - our driver tried to assist - we started at one place then went further up the beach. On the boat (Zulu Blanc): - we booked an English speaking tour and this was not that (all just local French speakers) -boat had 40 people on when the tour booking states that the maximum is 30 - no speed boat arrived to take us up the river to see the waterfalls - therefore we did not do this. - our boat then got stuck on the sandbank due to low tide - so after 30 minutes trying to unstick it - we moved to small boats to go to the island but with no instructions as to when we were being collected or when lunch would be, as that was all left on the main boat. - we were collected about 60 minutes by small boats and returned to the main boat and then served lunch until 3:45 - which was quite late - due to these disruptions - we did not swim or snorkel from the boat The captain of the boat was apologetic, however I just feel that there were many aspects that were not delivered,

The embarking part was a little confusing with no real information other than wait here but outside of that everything was excellent. Great vibes, good food and amazing beaches. Overall well worth it.

a mediocre experience we are very disappointed with this experience we like that the VIATOR officials go to see what is going on, when we arrive at the beach there is a person who sits on the public bench having a piece of paper and a pen he has nothing in his possession neither personal name nor catamaran number, he himself is not on the seaside , he tells you there is no catamaran if you want a speed boat or in my reservation I had to delay my excursion by a day to not be able to take the speed boat and despite having already paid for the excursion , very badly organize it shames VIATOR to sell this excursion , shame that you will lose customers for all the experiences you sell , we buy from Viator because we trust her, not the service provider , we do not know them , we had to interrupt our excursion and return to our hotel .

I just booked my catamaran cruise on booking.com with Cosy Holidays Mauritius, when l noticed that they didn't make contact with me l contacted them first. Thereafter they told me that they are fully booked for the activity. I asked for a refund or for them to make another way forward but they have ghosted me, no longer picking my calls or responding to my messages. Very unprofessional. Instead of ghosting customers talk to them. I want my money back!! You can never scam me!!! Very bad to do that to tourists
