Kindly proceed to the ticket booth area Number 16 upon arrival. MyBoracayGuide representatives will meet them at a designated area located just after the parking zone. We have placed our logo on the window of the booth for easy recognition.. They will greet you with a complimentary bottle of water. You will be escorted a short 7 minute drive to the Caticlan Jetty Port. A guide will be waiting for you as you arrive with pre-purchased terminal, environmental fees and boat tickets. He will escort you to the traditional bangka boat where you will take a 10 minute ferry ride across the Tablas Strait. When you reach Boracay Island, your guide will assist you into an awaiting shared air-conditioned van/E-trike/E-Jeep and take you the 15 to 20 minute drive to your resort lobby. Sit back and relax and enjoy this hassle-free airport transportation.

5.00Seamless transfers and well organised. Easy to find when arriving at the airport and delivery right to hotel. Was also on time to pick us up from accomodation on departure with ample time to make our flight. Would recommend booking if wanting a seamless experience with everything organised for you.

5.00Our family is so glad that we booked this round trip transfer. We did not need to worry about navigating each booth for payment. Our guide was there to direct us where we should go and the process was fast. I would highly recommend this.

I had difficulty making an overseas payment to begin with, but this was resolved quickly and painlessly..,I wanted to change the time of my transfer back to Caticlan and again, this was handled quickly and painlessly. 5.00Excellent, professional service well worth paying for! Very good communication, flexible arrangements to accommodate time changes, they were there waiting, someone guided me through the Port, onto the ferry and into the next waiting vehicle for the hotel transfer. Highly recommend.

4.00Waited at the airport arrivals after name on sign, and made sure I got on the ferry boat and at arrival of the ferry boat someone was there waiting and made sure I got to my hotel. Same thing with going back to the airport. My only issue is I had to wait 15 minutes for the van to come to the ferry to pick me up to bring me to my hotel and 35 minutes I waited at 7 eleven in Boracay with the guy who picked me to from the airport, because it took that long for the van driver to come. The van driver needs to already be waiting when there are scheduled pickups and returns.

5.00This service was incredibly seamless. I suggest anyone (especially first timers) to book this service. This took all the stress and anxiety of navigating from the airport to our hotel and back. The guides are so friendly.
