Kindly proceed to the ticket booth area Number 16 upon arrival. MyBoracayGuide representatives will meet them at a designated area located just after the parking zone. We have placed our logo on the window of the booth for easy recognition.. They will greet you with a complimentary bottle of water. You will be escorted a short 7 minute drive to the Caticlan Jetty Port. A guide will be waiting for you as you arrive with pre-purchased terminal, environmental fees and boat tickets. He will escort you to the traditional bangka boat where you will take a 10 minute ferry ride across the Tablas Strait. When you reach Boracay Island, your guide will assist you into an awaiting shared air-conditioned van/E-trike/E-Jeep and take you the 15 to 20 minute drive to your resort lobby. Sit back and relax and enjoy this hassle-free airport transportation.

5.00I booked the Caticlan Airport to Boracay Island round-trip transfer through My Boracay Guide, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. The service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I met the first staff member, I felt like a VIP. Everyone was kind, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They stayed with us the entire time to make sure we were fully sorted and comfortable at every step. That level of care is rare, and it really made a difference. Easily one of the best experiences I've had with any transport company. The whole team deserves serious recognition. Highly recommended!

5.00Highly recommend booking this transfer service, especially for first-time travelers to Boracay. The guides were easy to follow and made sure that they were with you every step of the way. Make sure that you do not hand our bags over to "porters" that do not wear the My Boracay Guide uniform....they are *not* part of the service and you will have to fork over PHP 50 if you do. Unless, of course, you do need help with your baggage as the gangplank to the boat is *very* narrow. We had our carry-on roller bags and we had to be careful not to lose our balance.

5.00The end-to-end transport service in Boracay was fantastic and incredibly convenient. While getting to Boracay can be a bit of a mission, this service made it effortless. The team ensured we arrived at and departed from the airport on time without any hassle. 100% recommend if you want to leave the logistics to someone else and make your trip smoother. Would definitely use this service again!

1.00For a company that operates in a tropical climate, they were unprepared for bad weather. Putting our suitcases on the roof rack in bad weather caused damage to the cases and the clothes contained within. Surely a cover to protect cases in this instance should’ve been used? All because My Boracay Guide tried to fit 11 people and their luggage in one vehicle to save a few Pesos. Then, upon arrival on the mainland, there was insufficient cover from the elements that meant not only the luggage but we also got wet to the bone. A terrible need to a great break in a great country.

5.00We received a text message on WhatsApp to confirm the booking and also instruction of what to do on arrival. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Waiting time is not too long as they need to wait for all other customers arrival in order to proceed as a group. It was a bit chaotic, as the Caticlan airport was so small, however the service was good and provided as it said. Will definitely recommend it

Was also on time to pick us up from accomodation on departure with ample time to make our flight. Would recommend booking if wanting a seamless experience with everything organised for you.
