  • Caveat emptor - not worth it in any way

It is NOT a small group tour. It is more like busloads of tourists from different tour places being dumped together (after enduring a twenty minute pearl buying propaganda video and 2 story shop disguised as a bathroom break) for twenty minutes of cave viewing. Kind of like when the giant cruise ships unloads into a port. The vibe I always try to purposely avoid at all cost. The boat ride should NOT be positioned as a boat ride in a beautiful, wonder of nature and more a 5 minute flume ride at a theme park. There is zero history given about the caves, how they were formed, how long it took, why they are special, etc. I would not call two and a half songs with about a hundred other people (some of which were crying children or adults still talking at full volume a ‘concert’. I was also told when one person in my six person party could not make it when I reached out well in advance for a refund on that single ticket, that I would still need to pay for the 6th person when it was clear how this is operated that was untrue and I basically paid $60 for an additional person for no reason at all other than the tour operator wanting to keep his profit margin or couldn’t be bothered to deal with me. This tour was beyond pathetic and marketed as a way better experience than the reality. We wasted a precious half day of exploring. I would not reccomend for people who have a finite amount of time here, do not like to be made to feel like tourist cattle, have little patience for loud toddlers and their rude parents who lack self awareness or for those who want the memories and take away to feel positive as opposed to completely ripped off. I could have read a wiki page about those caves on a beach and had a better experience.

  • A great visual and auditory experience.

If you are into geology, this is a must see in Mallorca. The caves are an amazing experience, the concert on the lake is definitely something to experience. I would skip the boat ride and walk the bridge instead. You wait in a long line to load into the row boat and ride it 50 yards to get out. Loved all the formations and the way they have it lit.

Tour will pick up and drop off near hotel was great! The cave & concert was OK and the boat was only 600 ft. This tour is very chill and nothing exciting.

    1. Luis, the guide, was competent and pleasant. He effectively narrated the tour en español, auf Deutsch, and in English. 2. The bus ride from Palma was nice. One sees some of the island's interior. 3. Just so you know, the caves are likely to be very crowded with other tourists and schoolchildren.

  • Awesome, don’t get discouraged by people complaining in the comments - we almost did and I’d regret it

The caves were magnificent! The concert was quite short but definitely worth it. Afterwards, we chose to wait (around 15 minutes) for the boat ride. It was very short - only a few minutes, but we read about it and were prepare to wait. The boat wasn’t “wow”, but it was so cute - imagine being escorted by a boat in beautiful caves! You need to walk around caves without a guide but it’s amazing - you can go on your own pace, take pictures and have fun. Definitely recommend it - the people complaining in the comments probably didn’t read where they were going ;)
