Your excursion starts in Palma at 9:30, but we offer a exclusive courtesy return bus from your resort to take you to the meeting point where the trip starts, and then back to your resort. This is free and optional. Then, you don’t need to pay extra for a taxi or to get on different public buses to reach the place where the tour starts.
The tour of the Caves of Drach includes a total of approximately 320 steps, of which 119 are uphill. The paths are well maintained and safe, with lighting and handrails in key areas. This experience is suitable for most visitors, including seniors. There’s no need to rush — the entire visit through the caves lasts around 2 hours, giving plenty of time to walk comfortably at your own pace. If you or someone in your group has reduced mobility or difficulty with stairs, we recommend considering this before booking, as wheelchair access is not available inside the caves. For healthy adults and seniors in average condition, walking slowly and taking short breaks makes the route fully manageable.

The “boat ride” is only about 10 meters in length - and there was no organization of the massive crowds in the cave. Hundreds (thousands?!) of people herded through the cave by sheer inertia. Not enjoyable at all.

Don't be late as they won't wait for you. We couldn't say anything about the caves, I'm sorry to say.

The ad is false and customer support by email is not worthy of being called as such. We noticed that, given the location of our hotel, it was better to go to the cellars live. Only, we wondered if there was a difference in experience by going live so we asked questions by email. The person did not answer us and simply told us the appointment time. Okay, just fine again. Only, we are talking about small groups but they are 2 full buses that visit at the same time. The cave “guides” say constantly moving forward so it takes away tranquility during the visit. Then came the concert, if it is indeed of a good quality, it is extremely short!! The “boat” indicated in the ad is simply the fact of waiting 20 minutes clumped together against the other people pushing to go first, to simply cross the underground lake on an almost overloaded boat. If you want to visit the cellars, it’s a big yes but don’t go through a tour operator who gorges and then delivers a Service that is not one. Also, we were told to go directly to the entrances of the cave but, when we were going back, we were told that our QR Code was not valid and that we had to pick up our tickets at the bus supposed to drop us off. So we went back to the bus to take our ticket in extremis because it was going to leave. The visit to the Caves takes 1 hour.
