Incompetent and horribly shady tour

1.00Horrible excursion! Worst experience in my history traveling the world! Tour guides were incessantly talking to each other the entire trip and little communication with the guests. Imagine three hours of non stop chatter from 430am to 730am The trip itself was disappointing. Little information on sites, last minute change from Falls to a monkey feeding which was really depressing. Next stop was with whales and a good excursion but for the whales Brings me to free GoPro. That’s a lie. Guide uses it and you never get it! It’s used by guide to take pictures of group. I never got any videos, despite asking the tour guides and even after the trip, they never replied. The final stop was at Moalboal to see the sardine run and turtles. The beach was polluted and the coral bleached white. The area is in desperate need for rehabilitation. The worst part were the two guides we had. Absolutely unprofessional! I have snorkeled and dove around the world and never met two more incompetent guides. One grabbed me while swimming making my tube fill with sea water. When i accidentally drank it, he kept screaming if i was asthmatic not allowing me to even reply. When i finally got my wind back, i started to explore and was watching a sea turtle. Well, second guys taps and says we are going this way to find turtles. I told him there was one right below us. He dives down to takes it picture and turtle swims off scared. While swimming elsewhere we see a second turtle. All the guides in the water dive again to snap their go pros, blocking the view of the turtle for the people who paid to see it. A final incident was guide trying to yell at me as they were swimming off but after being yelled at again for not swimming close enough, i pointed out i have been swimming beside them while the others are much farther than i was to them! I had enough snd decided to go back to beach and vehicle. I reported to the drivers but they did nothing. Don’t waste your time with thus tour group. The original text from “owner” was an australian number and that guy never replied to my text asking for the gopro videos Feels like fly by night organization who hired a bunch of incompetent guys to drive locally!

5.00Wonderful tour! Well organized, and super fun. Whale shark and sardine were amazing. Staff was nice and helped taking some amazing videos.
