Keep in mind that there is a lot of traffic in Chiang Mai, for meeting point options leave with enough time to arrive on time for departure

Kawee was incredibly knowlegable about the history of Thailand, their hill tribes, the evolution of the culture and religion and could translate this information so beautifully to us in such a clear and nuianced way. 5.00First time on a large group day trip. Dee our host was super friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Dee haves us lots of treats and informed us the best times to see the sights. The trip run smooth & on time. Highly recommend this tour with Dee. By the way Dee is a great photographer.

3.00The White Temple is amazing, the Blue Temple is worth seeing. The ethnic village with Karen Longneck women was important for the kids to see. It is better to go as a private tour, takes less time, but the guide provided almost zero information on history and culture, so lower your expectations and read all the information online by yourself.

3.00I've done a similar tour about 14 years ago and while that experience was amazing, the temples now are so much more commercialized now. The White Temple while still gorgeous on the outside and worth the view, within and in surrounding perimeter it felt like added touches of Disneyland within which took away from the overall temple vibe that we were going for. The Blue Temple was our favorite.
