Vessels depart from Wendella's docks at the northwest corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge (DuSable Bridge), at the foot of the Wrigley Building.

Centennial Fountain And Water Arc

Dedicated in 1989 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, known for reversing the flow of the Chicago River in 1900. For the first five minutes of every hour, the fountain shoots a water arc across the river from a tiered waterfall.

Your site gives little instructions on your location. Your own employees don't recognize their own company name "Viator" in the conformation email you sent me. Your 2 check-in employees thought it must be at a different dock. It wasn't until I called your customer service and explained to them there is nothing in the email to assist me in locating your boat. Customer service told me what name to look for and wouldn't you know I was standing right there next to your check-in booth. At that point, they asked for my name. They should've started there ... They found me and told me to hurry my family up ... because now, I was late and they told I should've shown up sooner. Of course it wasn't there fault ... I had been standing next to them talking to Customer Service for a 1/2 hour. Now the boat was going to leave and needless to say, no good seats were available. Also, your speaker was muffled and so boring. Not a good experience!

Great experience! Friendly staff. Informative. Not pushy for tips. I would highly recommend the tour. Please check for the dock if you can’t go up and down the stairs. There was no elevator

Was very informative look at Chicago architecture. Views you don't get walking down the streets. Also enjoyed the "78" story of land reclamation. Would definitely recommend. Also shout-out to the Wendella crew. They went above and beyond to accommodate our mobility scooter.
