Founded in 2004 by Guillaume Bichet, this Geneva chocolate factory-pastry is the result of the passion and know-how of a master chocolatier. A graduate of the École de Gastronomie Francophone, Guillaume Bichet wanted to create a place where tradition and innovation meet. Guillaume Bichet, the head of more than 9 shops in French-speaking Switzerland, died suddenly of a heart attack at the age of 37 on January 30, 2024.
