Our adventure begins at the Coffee Plantation, where you will discover the colorful history of coffee and the process that transforms this "golden bean" into everyone's favorite delicious beverage. You will also learn where one of the best coffees in Costa Rica is produced.
Poas Volcano
We'll then continue our journey to the Poás Volcano. If you've never seen an active volcano before, this national park is well worth a visit. It boasts microclimates and varied vegetation, including ferns, flowers, and strawberries, as well as cattle ranches and views of the central valley, creating a beautiful landscape. At the volcano, we'll have time to enjoy the impressive main crater with its sulfur fumaroles, and we'll hike a trail to the beautiful Botos Lagoon while learning about the park's different ecosystems.

5.00If you are considering coffee, volcano, waterfall tour, book this one! Since it is private tour, we were able to arrange easy pick up. Jerry is an amazing guide! We learned so much about the area. We got to see everything we wanted at our own pace. We could not of asked for a better day!

5.00We had the most amazing tour with Jerry. He was so friendly and personable. We customized the tour and got picked up right at our rental house. He took such great care of my senior mother, helping her navigate a lot of steps around the LaPaz waterfall gardens. I would give the tour 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Thanks for the wonderful day trip and adventure!
