Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking; Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names will result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

The names provided during booking cannot be altered later on; the name of the persons who will show at the meeting point of the tour have to be the same of the ones provided during the booking process.

TO ENTER IN THE COLOSSEUM AND FORUM IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT A VALID ID OR PASSPORT OF ALL THE VISITORS, ADULTS AND UNDER 18 (also a picture of the id/passport is accepted). The names on the passport or ID document have to match the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

All visitors must pass through a mandatory security control which can take some time depending on the number of people visiting the monument that day. During peak times or seasons, the wait time for security checks may be significant and is UNRELATED TO THE TICKETS QUEUE.

Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless the monument is closed by authorities for safety reasons

LATE ARRIVALS ARE CONSIDERED NO SHOW , which is NOT REFUNDABLE and also not possible to reschedule. The reservations have a specific entrance time , after that they expire and are not anymore valid. If you book a guided tour , you can only enter with the group , you cannot enter by yourself.

This was the best way to see the Colosseum. Simona was our guide and she did a fabulous job. Very informative and included many stories to explain and give you a visual of the original structures. She had a binder of photos so you could see what many sites looked like in their original form. You could tell she loved her job and truly had passion. The best tour guide we had on our trip to Italy.

Eraldo was our tour guide and he was wonderful. Phenomenal amount of information of the Colusseum. Definitely worth every penny and showed us around the great sights with little graphics showing depictions of the architecture and reconstructions of this wonder of the world. Beautiful tour!

At first we weren’t sure But!!!! Nasir was awesome with helping us every step of the way until we met our guide Marco Marcos enthusiasm was incredible and his knowledge was unbelievable We were impressed and loved every second of it and highly recommend them both and fyi I don’t always write reviews but I had to because they were great

Spectacular overwhelming an absolute must see, dont worry too much about what tickets just get one and go. Preferably private tour so you gave a better understanding Romona was great.

The value for money is very disappointing the guild had alot of mis information. Didn't tell Important facts about how many people died or animals. 85€ is ridiculous for not knowing your facts. Do not recommend.

The history, the sequence of the story telling and just being in the presence of 2000 years of history was simply awesome. The fluidity of Simona, the guide will make you feel she dropped in from the past.
