Jack was great. He took us to places we did not expect and was with us all day. He was a respectful and courteous driver. He even came to lunch with us at the fish market and knew the best place to eat. We had a wonderful day that we will remember for a long time.

We had a great experience with Ken on our tour of Tokyo. He was prompt and friendly. He took us to the sites and was open to making a few adjustments to the itinerary at our request. He was knowledgeable and answered our many questions about the history of Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Very good tour. However, the tour operator wasn’t on the ball. He only made contact with me after I complained to Viator. He made up for this by giving me unlimited time. The driver Ken was very good.
