Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre

Our first stop for the day is at Mossman Gorge, the base of the Daintree National Park for a guided interpretive walk with your guide, capturing the best time of day for the perfect photo opportunity and the possibility of spotting a Boyd's Forest Dragon or a platypus.

Daintree

Our next stop is the Daintree River via the Mossman Township where sugar cane and the sugar mill features in the landscape. Arriving at the Daintree River we take a Wildlife Cruise. Here you can sit back, soak up the tranquility and natural beauty, listen to the songbirds and seek the elusive Estuarine Crocodile.

We had a wonderful relaxing, informative day with Gary. He is an amazing guide, full of information, friendly and interacted with everyone. Beautiful rainforest, fun crocodile tour, excellent lunch included and the chance to try some unusual ice cream flavours from the Daintree Icecream shop. We saw a lot but never felt rushed, some beautiful walks through the rainforest. Fantastic group of people on our tour from all around the world. Would highly recommend, well worth the money and a fantastic day out.

Fantastic experience! Learned so much about the rainforest and saw some amazing stuff! Our guides Ash and Gemma from the office were absolutely wonderful. Fun and full of knowledge. Just great to be around. 10 out of 10.
