5.00Great way to see some towns in Italy. Our driver, Enzo meet us at the port and took us to a lookout over Positano and then into Sorrento where we had some time to walk around a grab a quick bite before heading to Pompeii. It was a smooth ride back to port and we had enough time to get back to ship. We wished there was time to stop and walk around Positano but next time!

3.00While our guide was good at explaining what we were seeing and our driver did very good with the driving there were a couple things to take note. First we were never offered water like the tour said it would. And once at Pompeii it was never discussed to have water with you for the 2 hr walk in the hot sun. We had to leave the tour and go back to the entrance to get water as we were getting heat sick. And don’t expect to see any of the people who were in ash as they have removed them all. Pompeii was a huge disappointment and not getting the water promised in the description nor being told to be sure to have some was very unprofessional.

5.00We spent a wonderful day visiting Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii. Our tour guide, David, was very knowledgable and explained a lot about the history of the area and the local customs. For lunch he recommended and made reservations for us at a waterside restaurant in Sorrento. The views were amazing and the food was excellent as well.

5.00From start to finish this was a great trip. Georgia our tour guide was friendly and helpful, our driver Enzo was great as well. Scenic drive in a comfortable air conditioned bus. Sorrento was the best for us. Be warned Pompeii involves a lot of walking in the heat with no shelter, get a guide or its pointless.
