2.If the Aso Volcano crater is under restriction and cannot be visited, the guide will adjust the itinerary based on the on-site situation.

3.At the meeting point, the tour guide will be holding a yellow flag with the Gogoday logo.Just give them the name you used for the booking to join the group. Please arrive15 minutes early.Late arrivals or no shows will not be refunded.

4.Traffic during weekends and holidays in Japan may push the return time past 9 p.m.We will handle any overtime fees for the driver and guide. The schedule might change, with reduced sightseeing or cancellations. Please avoid planning any activities or transport after the trip.Thank you for your understanding.
