We will visit to the DMZ crane peace center (for registration before entering the DMZ), 2nd tunnel, Cherown peace observatory and woljeongri station.

Travelers will have a very memorable experience, great history lessons and a real sense of the emotions that many Koreans feel about their desire for reunification.

Also it is very educational trip not only for adults but also for children. Every year a lot of young Korean students visit DMZ to take a lessons from the past cold war.

Unlike other DMZ, Visitors don't need to switch into the group tourists bus. We will enter the civilian controlled area with our own vehicle and follow the lead vehicle in a single file.The DMZ has been untouched by human over 70years now.

This area is wonderfully well preserved and become home for migratory Bird, Cranes, Animals.

At the Cherwon observatory, visitors can save energy by taking the Monorail to the top of the mountain.

1. Visit to the DMZ cheorwon peace center Register the vehicle's license number and visitors name. Unlike 3rd tunnel DMZ tour, visitors don't need to switch into the group tourist bus you can visit with your own vehicle. 2. 2nd Tunnel was discovered on March 24th. 1975. The excavation begun after two soldiers reported hearing explosions during their sentry duty in Nov. 20 1973. The 2nd tunnel is twice longer and deeper than the 3rd tunnel. Visitors can explore inside the tunnel up to the ending point which is 300meters away from the Military demarcation line. 3. Cheorwon Peace Observatory Visitors can take Monorail to the top of the Observatory to observe the ecosystem, Battle of blood ridge (1,250N.K Soldiers and 1,030 S.K Soldiers sacrificed their life in ta fierce battle), Kim Ilsung's high land(he cried for 3days after losing the cheorwon land), fortress of Gung-Ye Castle town, Pyeonggang tableland, and Propaganda town of North Korea in the DMZ. 4. Woljeongri Station Behind the station building, there remains the wreck of a train bombed during the Korean War. The train was used by the North Korean army, and was bombed by U.N. forces.

We had a very enlightening experience visiting the Cheorwon Peace Observatory and second DMZ tunnel. Jun and Moon both shared information about the history of the Korean war, and they conveyed the heartache and suffering of the Korean people through their explanation of the division of Korea by the global powers involved in the conflict as well as impacts on individual families. Jun explained how the North Koreans had created the second tunnel and how it was discovered by the South Korean soldiers. Being able to see into the DMZ and the North Korea propaganda villages was very powerful.

Wendy was an amazing tour guide for DMZ!!! She was incredibly personable, informative and enthusiastic. She answered all my questions regarding Korea and she was soooo kind all the time. Her stories were very compelling-history, especially for the dispersed families. If you got there, you can see the real fence for DMZ area and North Korea, not the fake. It seems like not many people visited the 2nd tunnel yet, so we could thoroughly enjoyed the day and believe visiting the DMZ is a must see for visiting South Korea. You won't regret it. 10/10 !!!!! Thank you Wendy. You made our fantastic day in Korea.

Wendy is an amazing tour guide! I've learned so much about the DMZ. To be honest, I didn't really expect anything on this tour, but Wendy really opened my eyes and felt I got to learn the real side of two Koreas. She is very caring and professional who has such an enthusiasm on her job. I really appreciated every moment with her. This 2nd tunnel is way less touristic than 3rd tunnel. And you got to see a close view of battle area from Korean War. If you already visited 3rd tunnel dmz (which is over touris areal, I highly recommend to visit this 2nd tunnel with Wenddy so that you learn a lot more of Korean war history! Thank you Wendy for your great job!
