Usually I will not post a review if I do not have something nice to write. However, this provider should it not be used by Viator anyone else. To start with - without notice on Viator, they required a 650 Euro per bike deposit. What would happen if the customer did not have a credit card or available credit line? They also do not take Amex. The eBikes they gave us were not adequate to explore the area and hills. They offered us more powerful eBikes for an additional fee. Not as represented on Viator. When we returned they told us next time to book directly with them and we would receive a 10% discount. Needless to say, we will not be back. Very disappointing.
