5.00Going on a tour with an electric bike is probably the best solution when wanting to see the southern part of the Sal island. During these 4 hours in a group of about 10 people, we saw the area of Santa Maria, where the locals live (beautiful colored buildings next to buildings still in construction and waste land - such a contrast!). We saw the Shell beach, Kite beach, the salt pools, the local market, Ponta Preta and a couple of more spots. What made the tour good was the tour guide (we had Fortunato a'ka Lucky) and he shared his knowledge about the island with good humor. I also liked the tour because the stops were not too long, 5 minutes here and there for some photos and on we pedaled. The support system is great for the company, as there were a couple of problems with the batteries (and I mean, it's normal, hey, you'll never know when a machine decides to die on you). The tour guide gave a quick call and it only took them around 5-7 minutes to get there with new batteries. I think the price of 30€ is fair and i love the fact that clients are not taken in to some spots just to get some money out of them, so you really don't need to spend anything extra during the tour. 5.00We booked half-day guided tour via the travel company. Unknown bikes, took some time to get used to them. Nice round south on the island, good guide, funny with the dog Mechanic who followed us around (and got to sit at the final stage), for the occasion with a new dog mate. The bikes could have been a little better kept, but everyone got through fine.

5.00That was great! Those fat bikes are going fast! Nice to see some of the island this way. The dogs walked the gene route and the oldest animal was later allowed in the basket on the back, very cute.

5.00Great walk to do!!! I definitely recommend this bike ride of 20 km/h with very powerful bikes, it is a real guided tour with several stops and explanations and in French!!!Stop on the square of Santa Maria ,local market ,seashell beach,salt ,Kate Beach ,and a last stop on a beautiful beach with bar . We loved it!!! Many thanks to our 2 great guides who made us forget the bad weather and rain Excellent value for money: 30 euros for 4 hours.

5.00Very fun tour and the guide was knowledgeable and informative. Told us about Kap Verde’s history, politics, culture, daily life, traditions and a lot more. The tour did not just take us to tourist spots but also to where the people work and live their daily life. A tour definitely worth its price.

5.00Fantastic experience! Lucky and Mo were our guides for the morning and we leant a lot about the island from these guys. We saw Santa Maria, Kite beach, Turtle beach as well as the salt mines and a welcome pit stop at a beach for a drink. The bikes are easy to use but very heavy, I'm only short but managed fine once I got going. Loved going over the different terrain though some bikes do go faster than others (I hit 33k) Well worth the money - get it booked!!

5.00Thank you to Fortis and Mo for making a memorable day. Neither of us have used electric bikes before but found it easy as we went on many paths around the southern island. Fortis (prob spelt wrong sorry) he was amusing and full of local knowledge. Would definitely do this trip again!
