Tianetskiy Wildlife Sanctuary Sabaduri
Located in the serene village of Tskhvarichamia within the Mtskheta region of Georgia, the Tianetskiy Wildlife Sanctuary Sabaduri offers a captivating experience for animal lovers. Nestled near the enchanting Sabaduri Forest, this zoological center provides a unique opportunity to observe and interact with bears, wolves, and dogs. Established in 2010 by actor Soso Jikurishvili, its primary mission is to support and rehabilitate the bear population in Georgia. Here, bears of various ages undergo rehabilitation with the goal of eventually reintroducing them to the wild. Visitors to the sanctuary are invited to witness these remarkable animals up close, observe their rehabilitation process, and contribute to the noble cause of wildlife preservation.

5.00We had an amazing experience with Ms Khatuna. She's well informed, passionate about her work and country. She answered all the questions we had and it was very enlightening and entertaining. The snowy forest walk was truly a moment picked out of a fairytale. Feeding the bears and wolves was also a unique experience. We truly enjoyed and would highly recommend booking this tour. We've already booked another tour for tomorrow and plan to book their walking tour as well. Kudos to the entire team!

5.00This trip was one of the best experiences we’ve had! The Chronicle of Georgia was an architectural masterpiece, and the scenic beauty of Sabaduri Forest left us in awe. Visiting Jvari Monastery was a surreal experience, especially with its stunning panoramic views. Our guide, Khatuna, was warm, engaging, and full of knowledge, making the trip even more enjoyable. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned. A must-do in Georgia!

5.00Really great option to see some fantastic sites in a few hours. Khato was our vibrant guide who was very knowledgeable and made great conversation. Plus point was she brought carrots for the bears! We were lucky enough to to hunt down a magical winter wonderland too!

5.002.5 hours of travel from Bakuriani to Borjomi. Great memories. Comfortable train giving you the best views you could think of! Definitely a must-visit attraction!
