The guide was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with 2 of our group who had hearing issues. The Breakfast stop was wonderful...great croissants and a spectacular view. As a travel agent, I like to try different tours so that I can suggest them for my clients! I will definitely book with Florencetown in the future!

The guide spoke great English and was very perraonable. She gave us a quick and easy tour of Florence. Fun Dan Brown quizes, but the tour was focused on florence history. Highly highly recommended and very engaging.

It was a fantastic tour of Florence. Our guide was Francesca Messina. We learned a lot about Florence and have come back to the book again and again. She had an answer to every question! Always happy, highly recommended! Mille Grazie Francesca!

We just finished our tour with Federica and we had such a great time. It was easy to find the tour booth and we left right on time. We happened to be the only ones who booked the tour today so we had Federica all to ourselves. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind, answered all of our questions and let us take our time. She led us through Palazzo Vecchio and pointed out all the spots from the book. Even my mom, who hadn't read the book, really enjoyed the tour and all of the history. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was super special, although we forgot that "breakfast" means something very different in America. If you are used to eating something savory by 9am, make sure you do that before the tour. But the pastries at noon were still delicious. Overall, it was a great tour for the cost. Definitely a good use of 3.5 hours! Thank you Florencetown and Federica!

We had a really great time on the tour Our guide Francesco Messina was excellent In informing us with not only the books trail through the city but about all the history with the families that lived in the different buildings we visited. It was very hot but she was very mindful of this in the way she conducted the tour. Thanks again Francesco Bernie & Carl NZ

The guide was really nice and showed all the fine qualities of Florence people but i was expecting more insight in the tour , we walked pretty fast in front of the landmarks . we only had the entry to the Old Palace , no other place , i was expecting more of a Florentine authentic breakfast , i dunno why but the tour did not offer that much then you can read in a book .

Whether you've read Inferno or not, this is a FANTASTIC tour. Our guide was Laura and she MADE the tour perfect. She was a native of Florence and definitely knew her city and the history as she had two Master Degrees related to the tour. It was a busy time in Florence while we were there, plus the weather was HOT. However, that was all forgotten once this tour started. We walked through alleys and thoroughfares, visited museums, and had breakfast on a rooftop terrace. She shared different tidbits of history as well as sharing the Inferno Story based in Florence. I highly recommend this tour. If back in Florence I would consider taking it again. Thanks Laura!
