  Really badly organised, "English" tour guide could not speak English, no commentary from the tour guide on the coach, and what she did say nobody could understand. Train back was in pitch black after an hour and although we were told that half the tour would be in the dark, we were told certain parts were illuminated and would be nice to see in the dark.... I didnt see anything. Time in St Morirtz was lovely, however the guide insisted we follow her to a bakery and chocolate shop so I am assuming she was commission based if people spent money. Knowing what I know now I would never have booked this tour. Its a long day, out of 12 hours I would say we were on our feet 3 hours so 9 hours we were sat on a coach or a train, it cost a family of 4 almost £500 - i suggest you research and book independently. Prior to our trip we received correspondence that we were being collected later, as a result we would be upgraded. Not sure what the upgrade was.

  Never accept a later train with the promise of a “upgrade” they don’t do it and the best bits to see is too late as it’s dark???

  Had booked the trip with four family members all were on same train departing at 7am , however two of us where then moved to 9qm train. Didn’t have any issue with this however on the day was completely different story others were also moved from the same train to 9am. Train did not depart until 4:15 only one carriage was reserved no where near enough seats 3 were left in carriage yet over 8 of us with no seats ! We then had to find another carriage to have your operator tell us “well train manager will move you” . The stress caused was ridiculous others had pre booked seats we were moved four times . Train departed at 4:15 within 30 mins we were in complete darkness! Saw no views complete waste of money and have refund declined is disgusting!

  Having booked with family , I was split from group and changed to 9am departure instead of 7am. One carriage was booked not enough seats! Lost daylight within 30 mins of train departing at 4:15 been denied a refund! Disgusting customer service

  If your visiting Milan this is a must do, it’s a long day but the coach was really comfortable Monica our guide was brilliant and Giovanni the driver made us feel safe all the way navigating the climb up the alps with expertise. St Moritz is stunning and the stop at Lugano also a lovely place the Bernina express journey was absolutely breath taking thank you for a day we will never forget

  Tour guides were great, and the views are amazing. Unfortunately you don’t get the uninterrupted panoramic views that they promise. It’s your standard train carriage

  It was bit chaotic outside Milano Centrale trying find the right bus. Due to a national rail strike the guide was late, but as soon as they arrived everything went smoothly. Our guide really brought to life the landscape and gave a wonderful history of the region. Showed us where his great grandparents lived and made the trip so memorable. The train itself is amazing but the guide it so much better. I would definitely do the trip again

  Amazing experience! It was a great time. You have a pit stop, then you get to be in the city for an hour or so. The train ride was well organized, and make sure to take snacks.

  I booked a tour to St. Moritz with a 2h train ride and 2h30 there. The schedule was changed to 9:45 with no clear warning that there’d be almost no time in St. Moritz and the trip would be mostly at night. I asked for details and got no reply. Changes were only explained on the bus. I paid for an earlier train to have some time in St. Moritz.

  Most of this trip in the Alps was dark. Too much sitting. Never saw St. Moritz in the dark. No time to shop; no place to shop. Tour guide was to loud and spoke on and on. And it was worse bc he said everything twice. English was hard to follow.
