3.00Luca was a GREAT tour guide, just the best, BUT the bus company really messed us up, There was a transit 1day strike in Milan on the day of our trip and traffic getting back to our meeting point was horrible, it was getting late and for some unknown reason the driver had us get off the bus and then he took off leaving us on the other side of Milan from our meeting place this was around 7:45 - 8:00pm. It took us over 2 hours to get back to our lodging . The driver should have at least stuck with us until we got back to our meeting point this is what we paid for, instead here we were travelers in a strange town with different language skills trying to get back to our lodging . NOT a very good situation

4.00We enjoyed the views of the Alps, the sights in St. Moritz and our tour guide was friendly and helpful. The layover in St. Moritz was longer than it needed to be though. On the train, it's difficult to see sights if you are on the opposite side of the seats of the train. A more open seating option is recommended over the 2nd class seats. We went in September and did not get to see much snow caps on the Alps.

5.00Such a great trip and well worth the long day. Our tour guide Luca was great; very organised, friendly and knowledgeable. The views from the train are incredible and the journey into Switzerland is fun on the winding roads!
Tour bus failed to pick us up

1.00Re booking ref 1315515793, Frigerio Viaggi SRL, Tour to St Moritz & Bernina Express. We were at the pickup point on time. We went to every bus on site and located a bus doing our tour. The guide said our names were not on her list. At no point did a guide call our names or even approach us to check what tour we booked for (there were very few tourists who had not found a bus) We belive our names were missing because of our latest on line booking. The tour operator refuses to refund us.

4.00While it's a long day, you cover a lot of territory. The Alps are incredible, a drive by of beautiful Lake Como, and St. Moritz is a fascinating town with great chocolate and shopping. Good buses and drivers. Train was clean and comfortable.
