  Phenomenal experience, would recommend to anyone coming to the North of Vietnam. Our guide, Stephen (Vu) has extensive knowledge on the history of Ninh Binh and Vietnam’s past. His energy was contagious, he made sure that we were constantly having fun. The views were incredible, the activities great and it was just an overall incredible time. Must book.

  our tour guide, nien, was a very good tour guide. all of the excursions were very fun and not too challenging. we started out with the hike which was probably the most challenging one, but it was totally worth it because the view at the top was outstanding. we then went to the boat ride which was very calming and soothing to go on with the mountains on every side. we the had lunch at a local place with excellent local food. after that, we went on a bike ride through the rice fields which were very pretty. it was very nice. overall, it was all so fun and exciting.

  Undoubtedly one of the best one day tours I've ever been on. Great locations, nice activities, good food and great staff. Nien's a great guide. He's very knowledgeable, entertaining and always available to answer any questions. The bus was comfortable and even had wifi. Recommended.

  We had a fantastic day with Nien. He’s such a nice guy, very knowledgeable and funny. The road trip was super smooth too. Highly recommend it!

  We were lucky to have Nien as our guide. He explained everything we saw very thoroughly and stopped at the right times. All of the excursions were very fun and not too hard to do. The boat ride was so calming and nice, the hike was a bit challenging, but worth it for the amazing view at the top, and the bike ride was quite spectacular. Overall, the whole experience was very delightful.

  Beautiful landscape, very different from all others in Vietnam seen till now. A beautiful mix of countryside environment, temples, nature and boat tour.

  Our pickup was running late and so I contacted the number that was provided. A man on the phone informed me that they had forgotten to add our booking to the pickup list and offered another date. He was very polite and apologetic but clearly this is not the most organised outfit. While we were waiting another van from the same company (Aloha Vietnam) picked up a couple and apologised for interrupting their breakfast. It appeared that they had been given the incorrect time for their pickup which doesn’t inspire confidence that our experience of disorganisation was a one off. Our time in Hanoi was limited and so it was extremely disappointing to have it wasted like this.

  The tour is good, as described, but certainly not 5.0 for our experience. I would say that it is quite expensive, and value you get for money isn't great. Be aware that our tour guide requested tips for him and driver at the end, explaining that it is part of culture and explaining that minimum tip is 2-4 dollars per person. That wasn't professional.

  Our tour guide May was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the area and was happy to answer any additional questions about the landscape or surrounding areas if we had them. She gave us time to roam areas freely by ourselves and was very accommodating to any and all needs. Overall a great day spent in Ninh Binh with May!

  Truly excellent day trip with Phong as guide and Lucky as driver. Everything went smoothly from punctual pick up in quality van to easy return trip to Hanoi. All components of the trip were excellent. You never felt rushed. Scenery was fantastic. Boat trip was veryrelaxing by karst hills and through interesting caves. Life jackets provided. Final trip on bikes to the pagoda was great. Latter was fascinating. Everybody enjoyed the lunch. I especially did as I was catered for as a vegetarian. Phong was a great guy and fun guide. Always smiling and helpful. His English was excellent. Such a great trip. Very good value. Thoroughly recommend.
