Full day tour from Hanoi with highlight destinations in Ninh Binh. Visit the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries and climb up 500 steps to Lying Dragon mountain to enjoy the breathtaking mountainous view. Enjoy a boat trip on the Ngo Dong river in Tam Coc, through majestic caves. After that, cycle to Bich dong pagoda, spend 20 minutes to discover the ancient Pagoda, was built in 1428. 7.00 – 07:15: Pick up guests in hotels from Hanoi Old Quarter 09:15: Arrive at Hoa Lu ancient capital, Visit Dinh King temple 10:30: Visit Mua Cave and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic river and mountains view by climb 500 steps up tp Lying Dragon Mountain 12:00: Enjoy traditional Vietnamese set menu lunch at local Bungalow 13:15: Enjoy a sampan boat trip in Tam Coc, passing through three caves: Hang Ca- Frist cave, Hang Hai – the second cave and Hang Ba- third Cave. 15:00: Cycle through the rice fields and villages to visit Bich Dong Pagoda 15:30: Visit the ancient pagoda- Bich Dong was built in 1428. Then Cyling through villages back to the parking area. 16:00: Leave Tam Coc for Hanoi after having a fair-well drink 18:30: The tour is ended in Hanoi

5.00Had a fantastic time with Phong! He was very attentive funny and informational. We heard from others that sometimes after pick up they couldn't sleep a bit more in other tour agencies but we were given all we needed to know and then let us to rest which was great and thoughtful! The activities were also fun and timed perfectly so there were no delays, no rushing and just predictable throughout. The sites were beautiful, people were super kind and we had amazing food! The biking was very scenic and fun! Would recommend to anyone!

5.00Our tour was 4 of us with Phong. It was amazing: Phong is really funny and speaks great English, the van is comfortable and has AC, and they communicated very well on timing and pickup spots initially. You get to view the kings temple, hike a viewpoint, sit in a boat ride (best part in my opinion, so relaxing and didn’t get wet at all), and have a bike ride through the town. The bike ride can be a little difficult for anyone who hasn’t in years, since your biking on the real road and some of the terrain gets uneven, but I assume you can skip this and not miss much. The lunch included was tasty and Phong does a great job adhering to dietary restrictions. He points out exactly what I could and couldn’t eat (I’m pescatarian). 10/10 would recommend, I have nothing bad to say.

5.00The tour with Jimmy through Ninh Binh was a true highlight to our stay in Hanoi. Promptly picked up from the hotel, the day was filled with adventure and laughter. As a first time visitor to Vietnam, this is a must do activity. The food was also spectacular and they accommodated a vegetarian in our party which was so nice. 1.000.000 stars!

5.00Ninh Binh is gorgeous and this tour was the perfect one for it. You get to see and experience so much in one day — such a great value. The ride was also very comfortable. Our guide Jimmy was excellent — very knowledgeable and accommodating.

5.00This is a great day trip from Hanoi! The bus is comfortable and Jimmy our guide was so wonderful! He’s energetic and kind, takes great pride in the country and showing us the sights and was very knowledgeable! You get to do a variety of activities in stunning scenery, and the food is delicious and at a scenic location on the river. Would recommend!

5.00Amazing Day Tour to Ninh Binh! We had an incredible day exploring Ninh Binh! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and relaxing. The itinerary was packed with activities, giving us a great mix of culture, nature, and adventure. The highlight was definitely the peaceful river tour through stunning limestone cliffs — truly unforgettable! Lunch was delicious with lots of local flavors. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam!
