Full day tour from Hanoi with highlight destinations in Ninh Binh. Visit the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries and climb up 500 steps to Lying Dragon mountain to enjoy the breathtaking mountainous view. Enjoy a boat trip on the Ngo Dong river in Tam Coc, through majestic caves. After that, cycle to Bich dong pagoda, spend 20 minutes to discover the ancient Pagoda, was built in 1428. 7.00 – 07:15: Pick up guests in hotels from Hanoi Old Quarter 09:15: Arrive at Hoa Lu ancient capital, Visit Dinh King temple 10:30: Visit Mua Cave and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic river and mountains view by climb 500 steps up tp Lying Dragon Mountain 12:00: Enjoy traditional Vietnamese set menu lunch at local Bungalow 13:15: Enjoy a sampan boat trip in Tam Coc, passing through three caves: Hang Ca- Frist cave, Hang Hai – the second cave and Hang Ba- third Cave. 15:00: Cycle through the rice fields and villages to visit Bich Dong Pagoda 15:30: Visit the ancient pagoda- Bich Dong was built in 1428. Then Cyling through villages back to the parking area. 16:00: Leave Tam Coc for Hanoi after having a fair-well drink 18:30: The tour is ended in Hanoi

    After a few weeks of taking in tours throughout Vietnam, I have to say that Ninh Binh excursion with Aloha Vietnam Travel was easily the best one. The van was pristine and our tour guide, Phong, was great. Phong had energy and was insightful. He took time to get to know every member of our tour group, had a great sense of humor, and provided context/background for every stop on our experience. I’d highly recommend anyone looking to get out of Hanoi and into the beauty of Vietnam to join this tour.

    My my experience Ninh Binh was second to none.The place was absolutely stunning From the temples visits hike to mountain top the experience was breathtaking views from the top. Then we had lunch by the river to experience some fantastic vietnamese food 😋 Then went to a boat ride on the most gorgeous river, surrounding by mountains And to finish off the trip we went on a bike ride.It was nice and relaxing visiting some more temples on the area. May I guide she was fantastic.

    Our tour guide MAY was excellent. She was kind, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. It was an activity filled day, with surprisingly enough time to rest in between. Climbing the mountains was physically hard, so keep that in mind. The boat ride could’ve been a little shorter and the tip expected is more like a “fee”. I chose one of the most expensive day trips, so it was annoying to be expected to pay this set price as well as for non-alcoholic drinks at lunch. The food at the restaurant was really good with enough vegan options. Beware of the picture takers. Overall, the tour guide May made up for the little glitches & Ninh Binh is a beautiful place with lots to see. Would highly recommend it.

    I can while heartedly (100%) recommend this tour and the Aloha Vietnam tour company. A excellently put together tour run very well. Particular highlights were the trip to Bich Dong (spectacular views from the top) - an excellent Linch - and the boat trip through the Mua Caves. Very well presented mini bus with aircon, very well driven and on time. The trip I was on was comprised on 9 people which is a nice number to get along with. Particular thanks to ‘Sunny’ Phong who led the tour with great enthusiasm and kind thoughts from start to end.

    This was the perfect way to experience Ninh Bình! 🌄 Our guide Thắng was friendly, easygoing, and down-to-earth — he made sure everyone had an amazing time 🙌. I loved that it was a small group, which made everything more personal and relaxed 💕. The luxury bus was super comfortable, making the journey smooth and enjoyable 🚐💺. We took a peaceful boat ride through stunning limestone caves 🛶, biked past rice fields 🚴‍♀️, and enjoyed a delicious local lunch 🍲. Thắng’s stories and humor brought the whole experience to life — I’d 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam! 🇻🇳✨
