Full day tour from Hanoi with highlight destinations in Ninh Binh. Visit the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries and climb up 500 steps to Lying Dragon mountain to enjoy the breathtaking mountainous view. Enjoy a boat trip on the Ngo Dong river in Tam Coc, through majestic caves. After that, cycle to Bich dong pagoda, spend 20 minutes to discover the ancient Pagoda, was built in 1428. Enjoy the trip with our professional English Speaking tour guide. Have a excellent lunch and small group maximum 9 people on a limousine car. 7.00 – 07:15: Pick up guests in hotels from Hanoi Old Quarter 09:15: Arrive at Hoa Lu ancient capital, Visit Dinh King temple 10:30: Visit Mua Cave and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic river and mountains view by climb 500 steps up tp Lying Dragon Mountain 12:00: Enjoy traditional Vietnamese set menu lunch at local Bungalow 13:15: Enjoy a sampan boat trip in Tam Coc, passing through three caves: Hang Ca- Frist cave, Hang Hai – the second cave and Hang Ba- third Cave. 15:00: Cycle through the rice fields and villages to visit Bich Dong Pagoda 15:30: Visit the ancient pagoda- Bich Dong was built in 1428. Then Cyling through villages back to the parking area. 16:00: Leave Tam Coc for Hanoi after having a fair-well drink 18:30: The tour is ended in Hanoi

  • Late pickup, rushed stops, long waits — timing was a mess

    Disappointing experience overall, mostly because of poor time management. Pickup ran almost 45 minutes late from the meeting point with no communication, which threw off the entire day. Once we finally got going, the schedule felt rushed at the more interesting stops (Mua Cave and Trang An), while we sat waiting for over half an hour at the lunch spot for other groups to arrive. The boat queue was also a long wait under the sun with no shade. The scenery is genuinely beautiful and our guide was friendly, but the constant late starts, long waits, and rushed visits really took the enjoyment out of it. Wouldn't book this tour again as it stands.

    Excellent experience discovering an amazing, peaceful place far from the noise of the city. The team that took us there was fantastic, the transportation was comfortable, and Jimmy, our guide, was very friendly. Thank you so much for everything!

    We had a great day with Jimmy (Nien) looking at multiple sites in the Ninh Binh area. The pick-up in the morning was on time and the limousine van comfortable and cool for the trip. We saw multiple pagodas and temples, climbed Mua mountain to see the amazing views across the landscape, took in a relaxing boat ride, and finished it off with a lovely and informative bike ride through the rice fields. The food at lunch was delicious and authentic and we weren't rushed at all to move on to other activities. Jimmy was an absolutely fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable but also entertaining. He definitely made the trip what it was. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting the see the mountains in the Ninh Binh area.

    The day trip to Ninh Binh was perfect. It was nice to get out of Hanoi to see the beauty of the countryside. Our tour guide, Phong, was so kind, knowledgeable and fun. We got to see a number of different sites including mountains, rivers and rice fields. Lunch was included and was delicious. The afternoon bike rides were the perfect end to the day. Highly recommend.

    Tour guide was awesome. He made it even more fun. Exhausted at the end of the day with the activities (boating, scooter, hiking). So worth it seeing the rice fields, pagoda, lotus flowers and more

    Amazing full day packed with activities in Ninh Binh. Our guide Phong was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The boat ride through the caves and scooters through the village was the highlight of our whole trip!

    Just a good small sized group on our tour made it a lot better. Quality tour for what you are paying for. Jimmy was our guide, a wealth of knowledge and made the entire day such a good experience from beginning to end.
