5.00Fell in love with Kobe (Koe-bae) today! It is a beautiful, bustling port city nestled at the base of the mountains. It is the first Japanese port city that was opened to the rest of the world in the mid 1800s. Originally it was a small fishing village but soon became an international mix. Our guide,Moulud, is a gentle soul and a fount of information. Delightful day even in the oppressive heat and the miles of walking. Exhausted but so worth it!
