5.00Bernina Red Train to St. Moritz from Milan: It was an amazing day full of spectacular scenery of beautiful alps and landscapes. My husband and I had great experience with friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Alexander. The views were stunning from the time we left Milan, all the way to St. Moritz. Watching the picturesque landscapes and Alps from Bernina Red Train was an incredible experience. We highly recommend this tour.
Cancelled without warning

1.00After changing the date to 29th July, We were informed that the tour was fully booked. Viator proceeded to debit my credit card and confirm our reservation with tickets and where to meet at the Milan Visitors Centre at 7.15. We arrived early and waited. After 7.30 passed, The Zani bus operator was there and he made phone calls and was told to take us to the next stop. We arrived there and no bus was doing the tour of the bernina train to st Moritz. We were told it had been cancelled. We had no knowledge and had not been informed that it was cancelled yet we received our tickets and confirmation as well as funds being deducted on my credit card. I would not recommend using Viator due to lack of communication and computerised messages being automated with no interaction from actual staff .

1.00They never showed up, I was not notified of cancellation and I was early to the pickup spot. Thanks for nothing, this was my last day able to do this and it was the big thing I was going to do. I also spent money to get to the pickup point then back home again.
Cancelled day before. No refund as yet! Disgusted!

1.00This trip was paid for in January but was cancelled the day before with absolutely no explanation. Booking office said onsellers like ours get bumped. We are still waiting for our almost $1000 to be refunded.

5.00in addition to the beautiful trip, I really liked the excellent preparation and friendliness of the guide, very clear in the topics, locality guide and the way he spoke in English, we were able to understand well, despite not practicing this language for a long time. to note also that it was on purpose by us to repeat also in Italian and never left us on the sidelines.

5.00I made a fantastic one-day trip to St. Moritz! The scene was absolutely breathtaking: from the crystal clear lake to the snow-covered mountains, it seemed to be in a postcard. The trip itself was quiet and well organized. The only reason why it doesn't deserve 5 stars is that we'd like to have had a little more time to walk. Anyway, overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend!

5.00The beauty of the Alps is something else. The Bernina train ride was lovely and the panoramic carriages offered excellent views, it was a matter of where to look, there was so much to see. The day's program was slightly altered, sometimes this is unavoidable but it did not affect the enjoyment of the day. I highly recommend this tour!
