Ganda Singh Border is around 60 km away from Lahore & 20 km away from Kasur City. Unique features are that tourists find close seating as compared to the Wahga border, so they see both sides closely and even talk with Indian tourists, waving hands to each other. . Another Unique Feature is tourist also able to explore kasur city en-route to border. Tourist enjoy travel, food, different culture and weather. It's healthy activity.
Since 1970, a daily 6 pm Beating Retreat Border Ceremony has been jointly held at the border crossing by the military of both nations. It is similar to the Attari-Wagah border ceremony. Attendees are seated close by; as compared to Wagah, the Hussaini wala ceremony is more intimate and attended mostly by local Punjabis on either side of the border. As a result, the atmosphere is not as tense, and Indian and Pakistani attendees often smile and wave to one another.
